Sorry for the late check in. Was a pretty wild day around here yesterday. A big storm blew through town and basically had the entire city out of power from about 10am until late in the evening. So needless to say we had a fun day sitting around with no electricity....

Luckily I was still able to make it to the gym, granted it was alot later than I would typically train, but was able to get it in none the less.

Heres how things looked.

Lower Loading
Bb Squat 305*7,7(+1,+1 rep)
Leg Press 740*8,8(+50lb)
Lying Leg Curl 120*10,10(+2,+2rep)
Calf Raise 270*8,8,8
High Wide Leg Press 600*10,10(+2,+2rep)
Cable Rope Curl 90*10,10(+2,+2rep)

Was supposed to hit Upper Pump too but had limited time due to the gym closing so got in the Loading work.

Wasnt an optimal session, but progress was made and thats what counts.

Ill post up my meals later today. Its pretty simple, with a training and non training day meal set up.

Other than that not much to report.

Just eating Meal #1.. 5 Whole Eggs, Cup Whites

The double base is nothing to play with. I would dose at .50-75...no more until you get a feel for it. It's rocket fuel.

I really like your look....once those wheels are dialed in...you will be set!

Yep...I watched TO do that at the gym the other day. He got so pissed at this lady because she came over to the ladies section and stole his 15lb pink dumbells. I had to pull him off of her....I felt sorry for her...the lady was 80 years old but TO said he didn't care.....the double base doesn't discriminate on age!

Atleast they are open tomorrow...but doesnt do me much good today....I am pissed

Brotha..I feel your pain..that scenario has happened to me prior at gym with early closing times..although I didn't just pin some double base like u..I'm surprised you didn't break down the front doors to get a workout in..at least your gonna have a well rested workout tomorrow..happy new years bro

No shit. Mine doesn't either. It's incredibly annoying. I didn't know mine closed at 4:00 until I checked this morning. Then they're closed tomorrow too! I have some holiday food to work off
