Sorry for the late check in. Was a pretty wild day around here yesterday. A big storm blew through town and basically had the entire city out of power from about 10am until late in the evening. So needless to say we had a fun day sitting around with no electricity....
Luckily I was still able to make it to the gym, granted it was alot later than I would typically train, but was able to get it in none the less.
Heres how things looked.
Lower Loading
Bb Squat 305*7,7(+1,+1 rep)
Leg Press 740*8,8(+50lb)
Lying Leg Curl 120*10,10(+2,+2rep)
Calf Raise 270*8,8,8
High Wide Leg Press 600*10,10(+2,+2rep)
Cable Rope Curl 90*10,10(+2,+2rep)
Was supposed to hit Upper Pump too but had limited time due to the gym closing so got in the Loading work.
Wasnt an optimal session, but progress was made and thats what counts.
Ill post up my meals later today. Its pretty simple, with a training and non training day meal set up.
Other than that not much to report.
Just eating Meal #1.. 5 Whole Eggs, Cup Whites
