I placed an order and paid via bitcoin on Monday. I did not received the normal confirmation email. I sent an email on Wednesday, no response. I used the contact page on the site on Thursday, no response.

Is anything going on with DG? Usually they are better than Amazon!

I was hoping I would be contacted and have something positive to report! Unfortunately not.

It has been a week since order was placed and payment made. No contact despite multiple attempts.

I have had great experiences with DG. I am sure they will come through.
