    squats 5x20@180lbs
    smith machine barbell shrugs 5x20@180lbs
    dumbbell shoulder press 5x20@(30,35,40,45,40)lbs
    front plate raises 3x10@45lbs
    leg extensions machine 3x15@85lbs
    leg curl machines 3x15@75lbs
    Seated calf raises 3x10@140lbs

    cardio on elliptical @ 25 mins


    Currently enjoying the spring rains

    Oh no. Thereís definitely what I refer to as a Ďtwingeí (not sure if thatís a real word). Itís like a slight stabbing feeling, not exactly pain but it makes me uneasy. It doesnít feel like it used to but my bicep feels normal (just slightly weaker) so Iím guessing a few more months and itíll be good to go.

    Im focusing on slow controlled reps with perfect posture so all is coming along fine. Taking it lightly so I donít have another injury.

    Sorry bro. Took a week off the gym due to this nasty stomach bug or something. Felt dizzy and light headed and abdominal pain w/ nausea... surprisingly, no change in bowel movements...weird...

    but yesterday I was back at it
    chest/triceps
    dumbbell flat bench 5 x 12
    single arm cable tricep pulldowns 5x12
    dumbbell incline bench 5x12
    rope tricep extensions 5x12
    10 minutes on the heavy bag
    5 min on treadmill (shin splints got too bad)
    20 min on elliptical (shin splints arenít as bad on this)

    not gonna lie, got a lot of work ahead of me...
    weights on my bench are 60% of my max rep prior to injury
    still running 500mg test cypionate (split 2 pins per week)

    today will be back/biceps

    between OT at work and trying to get my yard in shape for the spring/summer and how everything seems to go to shit at the same time Iím a busy man these days...Iím gonna make time for the gym. Keep my diet strict , and increase cardio.

    Focus is getting back back into the swing of things and body recomp. Hopefully leading into a bulking cycle this winter. Pec tendon is healing up, gotta do more stretching in all aspects of my body. Avoid anymore of these fucking injuries!

    Felt great tonight at the gym... first time in a long time

    circuit style supersets; (5 sets 10-12 reps)

    db rows
    low pulley cable rows
    iso cable curls

    barbell rows
    db hammer curls
    Db pullovers

    preacher curls 4x10
    lateral pulldowns (2 sets)x10
    close-grip lat pull downs (2 sets) x10

    will incorporate deadlifts next week

    felt pumped, canít wait for Friday (lags and shoulders)

    Oldschool is doing fantastic. Just busy with real life events, so not much time for this make believe fake news place we call ASF.
