    Seeing your thumb photo, I forgot to answer your question.

    I would choose dbol, no more than 20mgs a day for various reasons but mostly itís a feel good steroid combined with test and the dynamic can create miracle gainz

    Thanks brother, Iíll prolly use dbol because Iím familiar with it and really liked it 6 years or so ago when I used it.

    It feels weird and unproductive to be using 40lb-50lb dumbbells with my press movements but doctor said go light. So thatís what Iím doing.

    Having said that, Iím holding off any blasts until I can push myself for gains (maybe 8-12 months post surgery)

    just good ole test for me, for now. It does feel nice to be back in the swing of things. And the focus on cardio and fat loss is needed.

    I like your plan, keepin it simple is smart... fwiw, I'm pro Test only or test and one oral (dbol)

    leg ext 3X12@?

    Single arm cable curls 3X12@40lbs
    Rope tri pulldowns 3X12@100lbs

    push-ups 2x20
    hammer Smith flat bench 2X90lbs (felt weird-paranoid)
    cardio 25 mins on treadmill (jog,run,sprint,run,jog)

    too sore wednesday

    thursday was
    bent over barbell rows 5X10@90lbs
    straight arm pulldowns 4X12@85lbs
    V-grip lateral pulldowns 4X15@100lbs

    dumbbell shoulder press 5X12@50lbs
    plate raise 3X10@45lbs
    cardio 30mins @ 5.7mph

    next week Iíll be more organized
    prolly higher volume/higher rep ranges

    just felt good to get something in even tho Iím getting outlifted by 10th graders lol
