    So didnít stay as late at work as I thought.
    Went to gym tonight because wonít be there Thursday or Saturday this week.
    Listened to the boys and got a great pump.

    Warm up sets and stretching then;
    squats 4 sets increasing weight hit 10,7,6,6 reps
    flat DB bench 80lbx9, 85lbx7, 90x6, 90x6
    incline barbell 185lb (4sets of 6reps)
    barbell rows 105lbx4(felt off) 85lb (3setsx8reps)
    pec dec 135lb (1 set 12 reps)
    seated row machine 135lbx10, 160lbx8, 200lbx6
    15lb really slow dumbbell curls at 10 reps per arm (lol)

    just wanted to touch up up a bit... next week the real workouts begin!

    Sunday prep day almost in the books...got the chicken in the pressure cooker and steamable frozen veggies in the freezer...sweet potatoes, rice with chili lime hot sauce...

    got the tuna packs for snacks (shout out to Texas hemp Knight for the idea)

    got protein powder for the homestead and work. (I like to keep a can in the truck so I can hit that window perfectly)

    ummmm what else....forgot the tums, heartburn like crazy lately....

    so yeah Iím just gonna continue eating healthy, slamming the protein and lifting with intensity as well
    as following Montes advice. Give it all I got (albeit avoiding injury) and keep chugging along.
