    True story, my daughter wanted me to grow the beard out and this is the longest Iíve ever had it. She wonít let me get rid if it now.

    Didnít make it to gym today.
    Took the kids to see Santa, replaced the petcock on 4 wheeler so I can plow the driveway next time we get dumped on by old man winter again.

    Gym tomorrow morning....
    chest/back Arnold inspired workout
    Iím still up in the air on my routine but I know Iím focused on compound lifts and hitting each muscle group 2x a week with a splash of cardio at the end. Supersets galore. Iíve reached the point where I need to make a decision as Iím back in the groove again...you can tell when you get all bent for missing the gym.

    I appreciate it bro, Iíve been in and out of the gym since I was 15 but Iíll be straight up with you; I donít know shit about it really...I just went and got the workouts in and learned from others and learned from magazines/internet. Havenít always been consistent and definitely been times when I didnít take this lifestyle serious.

    With that being said man, feel free to offer advice and any insights you may have regarding anything.

    Todayís events ;
    breakfast; banana, 4 whole eggs, 2 turkey sausage patties, 2 slices whole wheat toast w/ butter.

    Warm up; shoulder stretching(crucifix and light DB shoulder stretches)
    50 pushups ; 2 sets 35lb DB flat flyes

    working sets;
    5 sets of 10 reps @ 80lb DB flat bench
    4 rounds of 4 sets of 6 reps of barbell incline bench @ 180lbs
    cable crossovers at 50lbs each cable
    10 sets of single arm triceps reverse grip pull downs (up and down the pyramid)
    4 sets of 10 DB tri extension @ 65lbs.

    No time for more....wanted to get back in
    ahh well....

    Might be a little too much volume but this is my 5 day hit everything 2x a week approach. Iím gonna give it a shot and adjust accordingly. If I have to add another day then I will try to get in every Sunday.

    You have such pretty handwriting. Im jelly.
    How many days a week you do cardio? 60 min a session? Maybe break it down to 2 or 3 days of cardio a week and 20 min max a session. Make sure the intensity is high in shorter sessions.
