    Depending on the day, 1c or 2 packets.

    No he's telling me what to eat. I do the same thing with clients until I get them figured out then I'll give them options but never free choice over what they get.

    Often times they'll ask about certain things and if it's a good option I'll add that to their plan.

    It's all about removing variables and consistency.

    Off today. Was out in the fucking 96 heat with 85% humidity all day at work though. Probably sweat out the equivalent weight of a small child. Also given the amount of carbs I'm, it was worse then normal.

    Diet is going well but Jesus Christ I'm hungry all the fucking time. I don't typically get hunger like this with my "usual" diet. All the added carbs are definitely driving the hunger, so much so that I started to get a little hypo after my fourth meal earlier. Spacy feeling with a little queezyness.

    Should be a training day tomorrow but, will have to see what work looks like.

    Underhand cable row - stack *10(+2reps) 2 drop sets
    Decline BB (ages since I've done these) - 315*6, 275*8
    Cable fly - 140*12(fail)
    Hammer Shrug - 365*15, 12
    Trifuckta - 25*24-15-10, 15*20-15-12
    Triceps press down ss cross body extension ss regular extension - stack*15, 30*13, 30*9
    Ab machine - 140*12*4
    Vacuum stretch - 5*12 seconds
