Lets hear what everyone's favorite lift is in the gym that you get the best pump and feeling from doing. Mine is a superset I do with dumbbell hammer curl the last thing on my arm day. Start way up on the rack and work my way down decreasing weight and increasing reps. I get all the way down to where I can barely crank the 15's haha. Its a great pump to finish with as long as know good looking ladies walk in and see you struggling with that low weight at the end hah.
