    Hallo there , starting today my log with BM labs gear . I'm going to blast for 12 weeks , training balls-to-the-walls and keepin' my diet fairly clean .

    So , receveid my pack yesterday and in the evening i pinned 280mg sustanon , 200 mast and 100 parabolan . No pip whatsoever . Will be pinning these 3x week alternating with the preworkout ( also 3x week ) .
    Today i trained arms , pinned 1ml tren base in my right glute without problems , 90m before workout . Well let's say i could have gone on forever . Love tren base , one of my favourite preworkouts
    Workout ( supersets )
    Rope pushdowns with hammer curls 4x15
    Dips machine with standing dumbell curls 4x15-12-10-15
    Skullcrashers with preacher curls 4x12
    Reverse one arm pushdowns with crucifix curls 3x15
    Finished with 20m of abs

    Protein pancakes :
    60g whey iso
    60g gluten free rice flour
    1 baby food apple sauce
    cinnamon
    Takes 10m to prepare and much less to eat it

    A few words about this blast : first of all i'm coming from a 5į place at the world championship in Italy ( over 60 division ) . So now 20 days later i'm only up 5-6 pounds and still very cut . Goal is to add a few quality pounds while in a slight caloric surplus . Also very important : i'm under the supervision of one of the best docs in my country . I have 3-4 full panel blood tests every year and i reccomend everybody to do the same .

    Hell yeah brother! This guy hooked you up with a VERY generous cycle! I canít wait to see the results. His list looks amazing and I love that heís a power lifter and thatís why as all the crazy ass pre-work out and some more Unique products.

    Whats your maintenance cals ? How many are you running over on this lean bulk ? Whats your macros ? Oh and your starting weight ?

    Do you have an upcoming contest you are preparing for ? how many days a week you training and what's your split ?

    Maintenance cal around 3000
    Now on about 3500
    40-40-20
    Next contest i don't know yet , my coach is taking care of that
    Train 6 days a week
    Training split changes every 4 weeks
