    So it's been really rough these past few weeks...my wife's dad is dying of cancer . We go the hospital every single day and it's really hearthbreaking . He's a big tall man , weighing around 95-100 kg and now is down to about 50 kg...we just hope that he can pass away without any further suffering .
    Could not train today as i stayed home with my wife ...i just could not leave her alone

    On week 7 of this cycle . Lowered doses a bit as i'm running a very good hgh at 4.5 ius ed. Orange tops from Ironlion
    So now it is
    200mg sustanon eod
    100mg eod tren hex eod
    200mg masteron enanthate eod
    GW 1516 and aromasin stays the same

    Chest-triceps superset workout
    Incline smith machine- rope pushdowns 5x15
    Flat dumbell press - dumbell skullcrushers 4x12
    Cable crossovers - V-bar triceps pressdowns 3x15
    Seated hammer press - dips machine 3x12
    Diet on point today
    Weight steady at 86kg

    So today i was feeling a bit tired but i said to myself WTF...pinned 1ml of d-bol-mtren preworkout at 11h 30 .Had sone chicken and basmati rice with apple sauce . At 1h 30 got to the gym ...had a great delts-biceps workout...did i say great ? Fuck i could have gone on for hours ! This mix is the best preworkout i have ever tried for sure....believe that
