It is extremely slow at the moment, but I can access it. Using chrome on a Mac. Issue is probably just temporary.
It is a slow down from the server they gave me some excuse. WE are moving hosts int he next two weeks to a more dedicated area sorry and apologize for the host errors this last month. Very frustrating on many fronts. A host that used to be reliable just stopped being able to service our needs sadly.

SAdly yes we are moving our hosts and having issues, the staff is working on it but the new server is not responding well.

Email I received is contradictory to that “Yup we did that put our site on black out until our upcoming sale is released. When we open up the site there will be a sale so instead of people writing and ordering and complaining they ordered before the sale the site is shut for two days now.“
We also decided to move hosts during that black out holiday time. Should be up today on a new package to avoid the past months issues.

Cant log in now. No order confirmation. No responses to emails either. Getting a little ridiculous.
really sir ? I have replied to your PM's and showed you that the staff has replied and given you tracking and you post up this ? You use hotmail and that is blocking your emails or it is going to spam our staff has replied to every one of your emails. You were sent your tracking in PM also. Is this post up really necessary, I have replied to every PM you sent. But when you do not give me information to look up your order like your name or similar then it is difficutl and the reason you are not getting emails is not due to us, it is due to your email provider. Hotmail and aol and msn are ridiculous in putting email into spam or outright blocking things or not sending items. Even yahoo at times is a pain in the arse for clients.
We do suggest a free tutanota.com account or even a simple gmail. Those emails also get through albeit sometimes to spam.
The site is migrating hosts and accounts are not available yet and there will be one more downtime. I wish I could explain the full picture but let us say that there are some folks who do not want us operating and it has been a painful month however we have taken on everything head on.
And we've not stopped our normal customer service everyone gets email replies, even you sir.
