Yeah I manually enter everything since I don't trust what those databases have in them lol. Sometimes they're wildly off. I just entered things as custom foods in the amounts I use them. For instance, I would put rice in 1 cup portions, and if you eat 1.5c you just enter 1.5 as the serving you ate. Chicken measured in 1oz increments, etc. Makes it a lot easierI’ve used my macros plus and my fitness pal paid version. My macros plus is more accurate but a bit more you have to manually enter. My fitness pal database is all fucked up with wrong info.

Dude me too. Too much variety is just too much to deal with. I want to cook all of our food on Sunday and be done with it lolSame here. I eat the same things pretty much all the time just different times and quantities based on my goals at the time. Makes it simple. I like simple more than I like variety in my diet lmao
