    Macro tracker???

    Any good macro tracker apps out there that you guys suggest?

    I've never used that one, but I used to use My Macros Plus. It's pretty solid

    Iíve used my macros plus and my fitness pal paid version. My macros plus is more accurate but a bit more you have to manually enter. My fitness pal database is all fucked up with wrong info.

    Yeah I manually enter everything since I don't trust what those databases have in them lol. Sometimes they're wildly off. I just entered things as custom foods in the amounts I use them. For instance, I would put rice in 1 cup portions, and if you eat 1.5c you just enter 1.5 as the serving you ate. Chicken measured in 1oz increments, etc. Makes it a lot easier

    Same here. I eat the same things pretty much all the time just different times and quantities based on my goals at the time. Makes it simple. I like simple more than I like variety in my diet lmao

    Dude me too. Too much variety is just too much to deal with. I want to cook all of our food on Sunday and be done with it lol
