Oh I'm not doubting that at all. Add in all of the bad injuries he had over the years and it was bound to happen. His form on other stuff is really good though

lol don’t be taking it personal man... I know you like heavy lifting this is about RC not you.

If you have to use your hips to row, personally, I would not do it. Your question begs a thought-provoking conversation in my opinion. I am not an advocate of heavy lifting nor believe it as it being the only way to grow so yes I do think it he possible could’ve accomplished as much as he did if he had learned how to train properly, most likely he would’ve avoided his current state of health as well.

    I'm not taking it personal.

So, who is huge and doesn't move heavy weights.

Regardless, what Ronnie Coleman did destroyed his body.

    Period.

And I will add this, blaming the doctors is lame.

Yep and he will go down as the most dominant bodybuilder of all time.

To be the greatest of all time at anything there will be sacrifice.

Hell, over half of this forum has injuries from training they will deal with forever and they look like shit.

I don’t think any one here is under the impression BB isn’t a sacrifice on any level, win or lose.

Its a good bet that 100% of this forum will not incur injuries that will cripple them for the remainder of their lives... call me crazy but I bet 100% of this forum wouldn’t trade half of their life being a cripple to be a new world record Mr Olympia holder either

I definitely wouldn't but I'm probably going to be close to there anyways. My bad injuries to my neck were all combat related though, so that was worth it imo. I already have a hard time buttoning up shirts and stuff but if I didn't lift I'd probably be completely screwed. The amount of pain I was in two years ago vs now is completely different. I always hurt but not like I did back then man

So your injuries are worth it because they are from combat. Doing something you're passionate about.

But Ronnie's aren't even though bodybuilding was his passion in life?

I'm not saying putting your life on the line is anything near close to lifting weights but my point is, it's what drove you and, training is what drove him. They're parallel ideas if you take them at their simplest form like that.

    Not 100% but 75% I bet

Equaling the injury to the success. Bad knees by Joe Blow who ends up a fatter fuck then he already is and, has to limp around the latter years of his life with nothing to show popping vics to be another fat fuck who used to lift weights. Is that acceptable or should he quit training and save himself?

You have my gratitude for serving my friend. I have a few friends with combat related injuries ... What happened to your neck?

Yep yep, training and overall health and fitness is at least some part of the water of the fountain of youth

I think Joe should buy his wife a lifetime supply of anavar, keep her robed in new Victoria Secret lingerie run excessive cycles of test, fuck daily and live happily ever after ...In my American dream you keep your knees, your wife hot and save yourself all while looking good naked
