    So I'm switching up training styles. Thank Ldog for the link to that training style..I never really researched it much, just heard about it from time to time..I'm going to do his plan starting tomorrow. Today I just did a basic full body session. Looked like this

    Felt good today..real good.. starting out a lil slow due to the fact this was actually my first time doing a full body routine, I know sounds crazy but I've always just did weekly body parts on different days. I'm gonna see if directly hitting each muscle 3x per week vs. 1 massive session on a single part will shock my system and cause greater growth. Only one way to find out..DO IT.

    Meals today so far #1 4eggs 3whites ketchup hot sauce #2prewo 6oz 93/7 grbeef, 1.5c Jasmine rice, half a bell pepper #3 postwo one scoop whey, 8oz liq whites, one bowl honey nut chex, banana #4-5-6 later

    Off day of pins and weight training

    Morning fasted cardio= 25min slow jog
    Will take a walk on hills tonight.

    Meals so far
    #1 2 eggs 5 whites..2oz ham ketchup hot sauce
    #2 1.0 cup rice, 6oz chicken teriyaki sauce

    Training later today..day off work so no excuses why I can't eat,rest and get ready for a great lifting session.. no aches or pain/soreness..I think today im going to go for 405 on bench..I've been working up close to it last few chest days..I think today would be perfect time to try again..will update tonight. .

    Meals today so far
    #1 4 oz chicken, 2 eggs, 2 whites, .075cup brown rice ran out of Jasmine rice and had to go with this, I'm not a big fan of brown rice but that's all I had today..ate a bigger meal today because I want to make sure I have Max power later..will cut back down calories tomorrow
    #2 blueberry bagel with 2 tbsp PB .. 12oz liq egg whites

    I'll have one more meal prewo, then head to gym..

    Pins today = off day.. have been doing EOD pins of 200mg Test ISO, 75mg Tren HEX, 75mg NPP

    240.3 lbs this morning

    Well shit, it's about damn time! Hit 405 for a rep and a half, but half's don't count for the judges .. so I'll call it a true 1.. I didn't think I could get the lift off from rack, felt like 2,000 lbs..the movements we're so slow in just unracking the fucker, I had bad feeling I was going to get stuck on press..but I finally got it..been working on getting 4plates for almost a year I swear, it's been frustrating..I thought I maxed out at 385.. couldn't seem to increase it, I guess i was wrong..I know the increases are going to be slow obviously, or else we all would just get our numbers crazy high, there is definitely a limit to what we can do, but pushing yourself past what u think is impossible is one of the best highs you'll experience..I was riding on a high rest of day..decided to splurge off diet for one meal postwo.. steak n sushi for the win! Tomorrow is full body workout..

    Felt a bit of high e2 last few days so I upped adex to 1.0mg .. going in for mid cycle bloods soon..

    Off day of weights.. cardio after work 40min jog/walk kept heart rate up..was sweating like a pig..this HEX barely has any sides, but it does make me sweat 24/7..more so at night.. but hey big fucking deal, wash ur damn sheets and invest in a nice fan for you at night and your g2g.

    Meals non training day

    #1 3eggs 3whites, 1 bowl Chex
    #2 7oz chicken breast, salad, 1/2 avacado
    #3 50g whey, 2tbso PB
    #4-5 coming tonight.

    Morning guys.. nice summer morning here on the westside..gonna be 100 later and rest of week tho..thank God I have a pool..I like to swim laps for 20-25mins..good cardio and great on the body as far as no joint pain vs jogging for a heavy set guy.. meal#1 is done and in my belly, I'll eat again in 2 hrs or so and then hit the gym for 2nd full body workout.. will hit everything except chest as I did an extra chest day strictly to try and hit 405, it was basically just a powerlifting session..very low reps, longer rest period between sets..now that I accomplished a goal, I'm going into more higher rep exercises and lowering weights..

    Meal #1 .. this will make 2 breakfasts, ate half of it now.. eggs, chicken, bell pepper, onions
    Meal#2 will have carbs for prewo included

    Sessions numbers tonight..

    2nd full body training

    High rep week - low weight

    Didnt have phone or notebook, but I can remember all lifts just not exact numbers..


    Deadlift x3 sets of 315

    Reverse grip pulldown x3 sets of ,160

    Reverse face shldr press machine x3 sets of 160

    Bent over lat raise DB x3 sets 40

    Lunges DB ,3 sets of 40 each hand

    Kickbacks x3 sets forgot weight

    Calve raise seated 135 x ,3 sets

    Chest I skipped a full 3 sets because I did a solo chest day 2 days ago, but I still did a set at end of workout to get a pump. ,225 x2 set to failure..

    Diet today coming later when I get off work

    This was postwo tho. 3eggs 1whites 1oz ham, bowl chex cereal, one scoop whey in water not pictured
