What's up all..going to run a log for self accountability and progress for year long recomp..this log is a bit different than the norm, as I'll be starting off with a 10wk cruise, then move into oncoming blast down the road..I'm going to try and see what progress can be made on the bare minimum of 200mg/wk test e for the next 10wks.. Gains were made and fat was lost recently this past year.. started at 260lbs.. but still have a long way to go in both departments..I'm not rushing anything and slow, steady progress is my goal..going to run this log for 1 full year, to see what can be accomplished...I was very satisfied with GC test when I ran it prior, so decided to run with him again. Stats= 6'0..236lbs..bf=unknown, need to loose a bunch.. training= weight training=4-5 days/wk..cardio= mostly morning fasted 4-5 days/wk..diet= I don't count exact calories in every meal, but keep diet clean and always shoot for 50g protein every meal..which is 6x per day.. higher carbs centered around training @pre and PostWO.. this log will include 4-5x wk training, general diet, progress pics, and side effects being logged..here's a couple starting pics... Follow and let's see what we can accomplish in a year!

Day# 1

100mg Test E...20mg lisinopril (bp).. No AI being used during cruise, unless high e symptoms begin.. then will add adex @0.5mg e3d.. bloods will be done @ 6-8wk mark unless something feels out of whack earlier - My last bloods were done 4 weeks ago to finish off blast - T was @ 2600 and E was @ 55

Today was a rest day from weight training - cardio was 35min jog fasted before meal#1 -

Tell me about your blood pressure. Does this run in your family? I assume you take it year round? No issues with it?

Yes - It runs in family - been on it for 4 years - change in diet and stopping drinking alcohol brought it down, but not enough to optimal range...115/76 was last bp reading I had last week, and that was while running Tren - I check it a minimum of 2-3 times a week when blasting.. As far as sides, to be honest only notice rare instances of dizziness - other than thatm nothing jumps out at me..

Good deal bro.

Yo lifter....tell me about your meals. Do you cook your own meals? Some guys like Triple are just lucky....he has a butler who cooks all his meals and provides daily massages😂

Funny guy. I wish that were the case. Around my house I am the butler, the dishwasher, the cook, the garbage taker-outer, the car washer, the horse poop cleaner upper, the everything else a person has to do who doesn't have a butler-er.

Maybe someday I will rule the world?

Scoop a few more patties of horse crap and you'll be on your way...lol

You are a big dude. Lot of mass hiding under there, would look fantastic at 10%.

I'm following.
That's the plan...I'm shooting for 10-12% bf when all said and done..and continuing to add lbm... Thnx for following bro

I cook all my own meals..as you will see shortly in log..I like to post up food porn.. typical days diet consists of chicken, lean beef, rice, chex cereal, liquid egg whites, few whole eggs, and alot of various veggies..only time I drink a shake is immediately PostWO..50g whey iso with a Gatorade..other than that shake, it's whole foods all day. Been eating more fish lately as well. I eat 6 meals per day.. higher carbs at meal prewo and PostWO.. going to be playing with carb cycling as well for the first time.. those are the basic staples of my current diet

Excellent bro. Your body type is the perfect fit for a nice cut transformation. I will enjoy this progress.

Dang that looks good!

Are you pushing the weight hard or alternating light and heavy days?

I do 2weeks lighter weight 9-12 reps a set..than 2weeks heavy 5-8reps/set..this method has kept my strength increasing which I believe is a marker in adding muscle and maintaining lbm during a cut. I'll be adapting new regiments as I learn more on how my body responds to different training methods..I'm still quite the rookie in the game, come from an athletic family, but only really been lifting for about 3 years..and 2 years seriously since I gave up hard drugs and alcohol..celebrated 2yr sober mark a few weeks ago as a matter of fact..so basically I'm still like a sponge, soaking up info, ideas, experience and wisdom from the vets..learning daily..I truly enjoy the lifestyle and the challenges it brings.. it's been a key in my sobriety and I plan to continue progressing until I'm 6'feet under

Awesome man! Bodybuilding is a great way to stay sober my friend. Your situation sounds similar to mine except I used to bodybuild, then let myself get sucked into the hard drug scene that tends to be around bodybuilding. Be wary of those people, they'll suck you down as fast as they can.

How prone are you to injury from lifting? The reason I ask is because I'm now a full believer in Mountaindog training. It's a lot of volume and a mix of rep ranges so its kinda hard on connective tissue but it works big time for me.
