First off Happy 4th brothers! I hope u had a good time with friends and family..I know I did..went off diet for a day as we hosted a BBQ for the family..back on track today..
so my favorite and strongest lift is bench press, it always has been for whatever reason, I really like deadlifts as well but I seem to make the most improvements with bench ever since I started weight lifting..last year I got up to 385 for 1 rep when I was on my first run with Tren Ace..I stuck to rep ranges between 6-12 for almost 5 months now and recently felt the need to go for some low rep work "powerlifting".. workouts have stayed intense and pretty heavy but haven't been going for PRs until last week..due to the fact I'm cutting and well, I normally lose strength which is common, but I've been noticing if I eat a decent amount of carbs in on training days and very low on off days I can get away with not losing any strength and actually have been getting stronger..I'm one of those guys that gets depressed when my lifts aren't up to previous standard..when I'm not getting stronger I feel I'm losing out on gains, that's just the way I am, I'm not the smartest in the bunch lol...anyways now I'm babbling..here's today's session

315x3 don't want to increase weight too fast, just getting my body used to the added weight

395x2 new PR boom game time .. it felt like 500lbs initially, but after I got it down to chest I was able to press it nice and clean for 2.. I'm ready for next week... Time to hit 4plates

This Tren HEX is something different.
It doesn't feel like Ace at all.. im just now getting some sides, but they are very minimal..I have got some anxiety and a few night sweats but nothing hardcore..
