The sides are minimal, but I definitely felt it kick in this past 5 days or so..it's no comparison to Ace sides..that kicked me in the ass quick..I'm liking this alot and each workout is feeling wired more and more

Yup u can switch that out for iso.. u can do m/w/f pins no problem... The libido increase is nice as well as overall good mood, even when running Tren which tends to put me in a bit of a bad mood, but so far this combo has me feeling real alpha

Rest day today..cardio this AM was 35min swim..slow but steady laps

#1 5eggs 1 cup corn Chex cereal
#2 6oz ground turkey, hot sauce, onions, bell peppers,2 eggs
#3 6oz tuna , relish, light mayo, didn't weigh them but approx 15-20 tortilla chips, slice of horseradish cheese
#4 tri tip, asparagus, green beans, peppers, corn
#5-6 coming later

The Tren Hex was so smooth I thought this must be too good to be true..almost no sides for 3 1/2 wks to start..well I'm feeling it now, a lil anxiety some insomnia and a big increase in energy and the acid reflux is starting to increase..I caught one of those ( halfway mild coughs) i felt it coming on as I pushed half my pin in and then pulled out and re-pinned.. all good, luckily I know what it feels like at beginning and didn't have the full blown cough.. still dropping weight on current diet although I have felt pretty shaky if I have very low carb intake and do two cardio sessions..does TREN need more carbs then let's say a low carb day diet? Overall mood is savage and feel very strong for this week's weight training

Post workout I wouldn't worry about it if carb totals were high.

Hell, I ate sorbet post workout for a few months cause I was eating 500-600g post workout. Rice would have killed me.

First off Happy 4th brothers! I hope u had a good time with friends and family..I know I did..went off diet for a day as we hosted a BBQ for the family..back on track today..
so my favorite and strongest lift is bench press, it always has been for whatever reason, I really like deadlifts as well but I seem to make the most improvements with bench ever since I started weight lifting..last year I got up to 385 for 1 rep when I was on my first run with Tren Ace..I stuck to rep ranges between 6-12 for almost 5 months now and recently felt the need to go for some low rep work "powerlifting".. workouts have stayed intense and pretty heavy but haven't been going for PRs until last week..due to the fact I'm cutting and well, I normally lose strength which is common, but I've been noticing if I eat a decent amount of carbs in on training days and very low on off days I can get away with not losing any strength and actually have been getting stronger..I'm one of those guys that gets depressed when my lifts aren't up to previous standard..when I'm not getting stronger I feel I'm losing out on gains, that's just the way I am, I'm not the smartest in the bunch lol...anyways now I'm babbling..here's today's session

315x3 don't want to increase weight too fast, just getting my body used to the added weight

This Tren HEX is something different.
It doesn't feel like Ace at all.. im just now getting some sides, but they are very minimal..I have got some anxiety and a few night sweats but nothing hardcore..

Update.. sorry guys for lack of update, but I'm sicker than a dog.. can barely hold any food down for the last 2-3 days.. feels like the flu but no fever, just very nauseous and the lack of any nutrients I have no energy and no way I could workout..just going to force feed myself so I don't lose muscle hopefully..If it lasts too much longer I will get in to see doc, but I'm guessing it's just a bug and should go away in next couple of days.. still pinning EOD.. I've had acid issues come up recently but this is more nausea and vomiting..feels like a stomach bug not just acid/heartburn... chomping at the bit to get back in gym especially when in full blast mode..I'll be back.. anyone have any tips on what I should be trying to consume in order to try and limit muscle loss while not being able to hardly eat normal size meals..would protein shakes work best? What do u guys eat when sick and need to try not to waste muscle when not being able to workout.. hopefully this shit passes quick..thx bros

In terms of what you should do, anytime I feel like I’m coming down with anything I hammer vitamin C tablets and make sure to continue pounding down water, especially with stomach issues. Sugar free Gatorade or even those Body Armor drinks would help too. Food-wise, I’d try to find natural bone broth at a Whole Foods type store. Chicken and Beef bone broth has a ton of good stuff in it for overall health and with probably help you feel a little better just from those nutrients. The added protein in those will obviously help too. Hopefully I didn’t just regurgitate shit you already knew, I just know what I’ve done in the past and it definitely worked for me. Feel better brother.

Oh man absolutely. I had some acid reflux issues but I am already prone to that anyways. The gear was absolutely perfect. To me it sounds like it could be food poisoning but typically I think that runs its course after 2 days max. Either way, glad you’re keeping up with the pinning, I know if I feel like shit a needle is the last thing I wanna deal with. Keep your head up brother!

Hang in there Bro, sorry to hear that...yes still get in as much food as you can, in times like these a blender is your best friend..Warm water, Chicken Breast, Olive Oil, Spices..blend that shit into a warm chicken soup shake...will feel good on the gut and get you your macros you need.

Fuck being sick.. that shit screwed me up big time, never went to DR so I can only guess it was food poisoning.. lost 6lbs, but that was probably just water after puking so many times the last 2 days..not exactly the proper way to cut .. i feel fantastic today tho.. going to hit gym and blast back today..here's a couple new back shots prewo..gotta lose these damn love handles but I definitely gained some mass on lats from my first pics. Things are trending upwards, diet is back in play now that I can actually hold down solid food..update later

So it's been about 4 1/2 wks on blast now.. other than catching some flu bug or possibly food poisoning and not being able to hardly eat for 3 days..here is my update on Tren HEX .. when they talk about HEX being a different animal than ace or e..I'm becoming a believer..the sides I've experienced are much less than when I ran Ace last year..much much less.. no paranoia or anxiety..no insomnia..no rage ( well I did have some road rage once, but the dude deserved it) .. very mild acid/indigestion which a low dose of OTC acid reducer fixed right away.. the only somewhat significant side I'm having is the sweats have kicked in (that's where the power fan comes in handy at night) I know it's a very long ester release, but I think it would have been fully kicked in now at nearly 5week mark (correct me if I'm wrong) if these sides stay this way , this shit is just damn beautiful..everything is up in strength even when cutting.. BF is dropping...the added NPP is keeping muscles full..libido is very strong.. I'm a fan of this stack so far

I have all of today's back session in my notebook and I left it in locker lol..I'll post those numbers tomorrow after I train legs ...here was dinner tonight postwo

This is exactly how Hex is for me which is why I wanted you to try it. It’s kinda like an old man’s Tren in a way. The only Tren I use nowadays is Hex.

Thanks big L... I appreciate the guidance..I've always been one of those guys who feels unproductive if I'm not at gym every day..I've slowly learned that rest equals more gains ... Also I made the mistake many times of over training with shoulder movements which come into play alot on most upper body exercises, and developed an injury that didn't fully heal for almost a year. I kept lifting but I was never 100%. The only time I didn't have pain was when I took time off. Now I'm finally realizing how much rest is so vital.
