I've made a few changes in my plan and I'll be running your blend as well. I'll probably start in a week.

Whelp it's definitely hit me now.. I've definitely lost strength after this most recent blast..I'm assuming my levels have evened out now as the 600mg/wk of test has cleared..was also running Tren A but that would of cleared weeks ago..needless to say my lifts have come down... Few more weeks and we'll get it crackin again tho.. as of now its going to looks like this.. 1.5cc EOD tpp/npp/mastp blend .. 0.5cc test P EOD.. 0.5mg eod adex.. not sure if I'll be adding t-bol this time around, we shall see.. I know one thing, I'm fucking pumped for the beginning of the year.. time to get serious about cutting..gonna be a long /cut into recomp..goal is 9 months out.. thnx for all who take the time to follow, it helps me stay motivated even more!

Last meal of today...yup , quick eggs w/whites at night...hitting the sack in hour n a half... I'm not a late night guy anymore..I used to party alot.. but had to finally change my situation around..I don't hate on people who still live that way, it was just that my time was up..now I'm in bed around 10 and up at 5:45 every day lol... I know it sounds boring, but it is what it is.. fasted cardio tomorrow morning and leg day at gym in PM..

Im the same way bro. 10 pm latest 4 am on weekdays. Fastest cardio in the am. Helps i got my new pitbull pup adjusted to the time frame and his internal clock is programmed perfectly. Get ya ass outta bed dad im hungry and gotta take a shit.

6 months he's already 50 lbs he's gonna be a lot bigger than my female. Short stocky build. Hes a maniac when it comes to my flock of chickens. Little guy can move quick for looking like a little meatball. Crazy Strong prey drive. Other than that he's pretty calm for a puppy. The female I have destroyed everything at this age crazy high energy but since I finally got a few acres of land she's got space to run. The natural athletic build of these dogs plus the awesome temperament , great part of the family.

Today was rest day from weight training... Did AM non fasted 30min jog so far today.. this was meal from last night #5... Brussel sprouts are probably my favorite veggie at the moment..high in nutrients and I like the taste.. tomorrow is day off work so an intense weight workout coming up..feeling strong and ready to go.. stay tuned

Not exactly sure on exact mileage..it's through the neighborhood and I would say 9minute per mile..it's not high intensity..but a steady elevated jog..good for the heart and the gut..

Fuckin score! Moved to a new gym yesterday..indoor heated pool..my absolute favorite cardio choice..a heavy guy like me loves the joint support and relief of pressure and stress on the body, which jogging and other forms of cardio produce on my frame. My knees need the break for real..
