Will post wo numbers and diet when I get off work, I'm running late, had to do a morning workout cuz my shift changed.. couple of shots today from gym..will get some nudes posted from all angles tomorrow from home in good lighting..still growing and dropping fat, waist has dramatically shrunk... I have some good comparison photos from many months ago and you'll see my big beer belly I started with and now current.. quite drastic..ill post those tomorrow after my girl takes photos...very happy with recomp thus far.. current weight 245 at 5'11.5 height..but I always round up to 6'

First photo is from last year at my fatest. The rest are from today- no pump..I hold alot of fat in my midsection especially.. probably from the many years of heavy beer drinking..and I do mean "heavy".. my life was out of control..after 2 DUI's I finally gave it up 2.5yrs ago.. but i never dieted right..my new addiction became binge eating..I only recently gave that up and focused on bodybuilding and eating cleaner..I'm now at the point where diet is my #1 concern, training#2, drugs#3.. I'm clean from alcohol and Coke for close to 3 years now, that was a a big fucking hurdle too get over but did it..now my goals are focusing on getting in the best shape I can..it's been a bit of a slow process, but I'm seeing the work pay off more recently... I am still carrying way too much bf, but I've added quite a bit of lbm, and am at the strongest I've ever been in the gym right now..my legs suck btw..but they are growing slowly, I'll post those with before and afters soon..damn little twigs are stubborn for me.

Anyway.. tomorrow is leg day, and that is the day I eat the most calories now...the rest of the days thru week are focused on being in a defecit.. now go lift something heavy!

Same thing I feed my pit. Dry food with chopped up chicken or beef mixed in. Ill put the dry food out, and the spoiled bitch looks at me like "Hey mother fucker, thats it? Wheres the good shit?" She gets ALOT of chicken throughout the day when I am home too, give her some every meal. Love my dog.
 
After a rest day .. back to the grind this morning.. weight is down to 243.2 .. been averaging about 2lbs loss per week which is my goal speed..too much too fast = losing muscle, yall know that by now. Best part is, I'm not losing any strength at all..still going heavy or go home..this morning session was chest/tri
