What's your guy's protocol for this?
I'm done with going to doctors and them prescribing some BS RICE, don't move for a month protocol. I keep reading the best way to get over a minor tear is to get in the gym and actively work the area with very very low weight and high reps to get some blood in the area.
My tear is in my left lat area, right behind my armpit. I can't do one chin up at the moment. I went from dumbbell rowing 100s for reps to barely rowing 25lbs.
Am I on the right track to recovering? Or should I just stfu and scratch my ass at home for the next few weeks.
