    What's up gp nation. We are going to be going about things a little bit different. From now on if you have any order or payment issues please email gp directly thru the site contact tab.

    Reps are here to help with anything besides orders or order issues for that you will need to contact gp directly.

    When customers contact reps and the source at the same time it creates confusion and slows the process considerably.

    We are fortunate here at Gorilla that we have a direct contact with the source and it works. Please give the process a chance to work. Most issues are traced back to how well we follow ordering instructions and are avoidable.

    I haven't looked...is there a "we'll get back to you in 24 hours" type message on site? That might head off some of the guys who are clicking refresh on their inbox expecting a response in 5 minutes.

    Thereís a contact us window just like any other customer service option on shopping websites. If you use a secure email you will receive a response. What customers need to realize is this isnít a big company like Amazon per say. They are a small business with a lot to do and response time is flexible.
