    Whats in your buggy

    Went shopping again today and this is a typical half cart for me.
    15lb chicken breast
    Talipia
    Ground turkey
    Sweet potatoes
    White potatoes
    Oats
    Spices
    Hot sauce

    No 🥚's or 🥦 this week as I stocked up the other day.


    No crap foods for me, only clean foods, water and green tea. Every other day a cup of black only coffee.

    I prep for 2 days out. Beyond that the chicken isn't tasty

    Our shopping trips look like this for myself and the fiancee.

    Butcher:
    30-40lb chicken breast
    20lb 90/10 ground beef
    A handful of lean BBQ steaks

    Costco:
    4-5 boxes egg whites
    6-8 giant tubs of cottage cheese
    25lb bag calrose or basmati rice

    Walmart/other:
    3-4 family size 20 packs of brown sugar and cinnamon oats
    4-5 jars natural PB
    3-4 5lbbags calrose brown rice
    Vegetables


    That's literally all we eat lol. Makes grocery shopping very simple

    Oh yeah, and we do a lot of Mexican style recipes for our chicken and beef. Lots of green chili sauce, Chipotle peppers for adobo, el Pato, that kind of stuff

    I might pick up some things off yours when I'm ready to blast 9.meals. I try and add nothing on my food but ms dash seasoning and psst sauce.

    I eat 18 eggs a day also along with 2 to 3 gallons of water pending training days

    This is what eating clean is. As close to single ingredient dishes as possible. Good luck to you.

    I dont eat fast food at all. No salt, no butter, no sugar.

    Literally my meals are
    1st meal. 8 eggs, 1 cup of Oats
    2nd meal portioned chicken, portioned sweet potatoes
    3rd meal whey protein shake with 1/4 oats
    4th meal portioned chicken or Talipia, cup of broccoli
    5th meal whey shake, 1/4 Oats
    6th meal 8 eggs, 1 scoop casein

    Training days I add 2 more meals.

    Prework out. Portioned lean beef or shredded turkey, white potato
    Post workout. 2 scoops of protein, spoon of almond butter


    I eat very clean. Nothing added but dash and or hot sauce.
