Any suggestions on how to fix this? so far i have tried
-glucose disposal agents
-metformin
-hour of cardio everyday
-2 hours of weights everyday
-zero carb dieting, greens and protein only
I think the issues started when i was running 18ius of serostim for over a year. I never ran insulin long term.
Fasted blood glucose is between 110-130, interestingly, after a meal it is 137 today. Also, I started implementing dnp at 200mg ed and gh is now at 4iu ed. other gear is 1200 mg of tren ace, 700mg test prop, 20 mg sd, 50 mg winnie and 40mcg of increlex pre and post. also 75mcg of t3. Will be adding 100mg of var to burn any visceral fat hopefully. Gear is high bc calories are low with only protein and veggies.
also take project ad matador gda with every meal, 2000mg metformin ed
i really don't want to add any insulin bc of its fat blunting effects.
Im assuming that is this issue that is causing my lower stomach bloat. Its like a puff filled with air but i have a full set of abs. Doesn't hurt at all. Any input is appreciated
