    Here it is. Had a decade long back injury that resulted in myself looking as such in the before pic. Finally got it cleared up and two years later...20180916_112740-COLLAGE~2.jpeg

    I rarely jump in on stuff like this but your thread bothered me.

    Are you hungry bro? How bad do you want this? Are you willing to do what it takes? I read through your messages and I'm seeing nothing but excuses. I think I saw mention that you only have 30 minutes to work out per day? That's crap man....get up early or workout late but find the time to train. Get your diet completely dialed in and forget about gear for now. I really don't think you want it bad enough? I know guys in their 40's,50's and 60's who are willing to kill it...day in day out..they push it! You know why....they hear the clock ticking bro...they know that time is creeping up but they refuse to give in. You need to harness this fire dude! Do you freaking want to put in the work? If yes then get after it....no excuses.

    I actually train 60 to 90 minutes. Apart from the days I am really freakin busy.
    I often train 7 days a week. Dont take off. Dont feel like it. I do each part twice a week then do a deadlift session on sundays.
    I am hungry for this and I will have it.
