    8 x 8 full body beating

    Barbell squat close stance heels elevated slightly on rubber 8 x 8

    Flat barbell press 8 x 8

    Bent over barbell row 8 x 8

    hanging knee ups 4 x failure

    On the 8 x 8 movements sets 1-2 were my warm ups.8 reps with 50% 8 reps with70%

    Thats it.This one almost made it to vomit level

    Today I kept to my 8 x 8 setup.

    Standing behind the neck military press.

    8x8

    Ez bar curls narrow grip

    8x8

    Lying ez barbell pull overs and press

    An oldie that builds muscle all over

    8x8

    That's it.In the morning I an doing calves and abs at home

    Yesterdays Pull over and press..

    Today i can say that this movement toasted my triceps.My inner heads feel the most doms all the way to my elbow insert.

    Yesterdays session for the lower body was different.basically we started in reverse compared to the normal sequence on leg day.
    We started with calves and then moved on to hamstring training.
    After hams we trained our quads.

    exercise order

    1.seated calve raises
    2.standing calve raise holding plate
    3.seated leg curl.
    4.straight leg deadlifts
    5.seated leg extensions
    6.narrow stance heels elevated barbell squats

    This evening it is upperbody training ..at least that is the plan

    Got in a great push workout today.Torward the end of today i thought to my self the day was less than good,busy and stressful and a few let downs.but in the end i did get in a propor session and my diet has been excellent.Pretty simple.Clean foods.Frequent and plenty of protien from various sources.And i drink water,green tea only besides different protien,post wo and smoothies.No garbage,actually no rice,potatoes and minimal breads.Cereals i have kept in my regimine.grape nuts become actually good as they grow on you.

    Flat bench 7 x 12,4
    incline dumbell press-45 angle.3 x 10-6
    seated dumbelll press 3 x 12-6
    upright rows.ez bar. 3 x 10-8
    skull crushers 4 x 15-6
    hanging leg raises 5 x failure

    Looks my pattern of logging will be the day after.Yesterday was my push day and mostly chest focused and a bit of cut back on my delts and triceps in volume is needed and recomended by couple peers.Front and side delts along with my triceps i beleive are my best body parts.That would be in easiest for me to develope and if not mindful can be to large and be disproportioned which is the direction that has been happening quick.

    My time was short as i arrived at the gym with 40 mins left to close.For this i did alot of gaint sets and short rest at some points rest paused style sets.

    Flat dumbell Press 6 x 8-3
    Incline dumbell press 4 x 10-5
    Incline dumbell fly 3 x 12-6
    Flat dumbell fly 2 x 12-8
    Chest dips 4 x 8-2 rest paused sets
    narrow grip behind the neck presses 3 x 15-8 These actually hit the tricep outer heads for me solid.Doms in those everytime on point.I learned these in an old frank zane book.

    Skull crusher 4 x 18-8

    Hanging leg raises 3 x failure

    Today was back and biceps ..traps.basement session.Bro has a nice dirty set up.At the moment chill,ive eatin well.And soon to crash.

    Push day.Real simple

    barbell squat 6 x 6
    Flat barbell bench 6 x 6
    weighted chest dips 6 x 12-5
    Straight leg deads 6 x 10-5

    Hanging leg raises 6 x failure

    30 worksets total.About too tired atm to log this
