It is super easy and the taste is almost non-existent. If you take about half the dropper, it is about 10mg. You only really need 5mg or a 1/4 of the dropper, but I like 10mg.

It works for all kinds of things. BPH, blood pressure, ED, Nerve Damage, and the list goes on. It shocked me actually. I used to laugh at those Cialis commercials. I thought it was Bullshit. No, it definitely isn't. GC is the best!
