Summer shredder is turning into post show rebound. Won’t be shredding but rather looking to add mass with that cycle provided

I’ll be doing 1-1.5g test per week it’s the
Test 500

4-600 tren e a week

30-40mg d bol and 40mg t bol a day pre workout

Will get started tomorrow and throw up my diet and training for the day. Planning on hitting back and rear delts tmrw

Meal 1 1 1/2 cup egg whites , 1 scoop protein powder in a shake , 1 cup oatmeal 1 scoop protein for flavor

Meal 2 9oz chicken breast 1 cup jasmine rice

Meal 3 9 oz chicken breast 4oz sweet potato

Meal 4 9oz ground beef 1 cup jasmine rice

Meal 5 same as meal 3

Meal 6 4 whole eggs 1 cup egg whites, 1 tablespoon pb

Post workout shake on training days of 50g whey iso with 50g carbs from waxy maize

holding a lot of water post show rebound , forgot how being big sucks , always tired and lower back pain until body adjusts. Was 213 last show goal is to add 5-10 lbs of stage weight this year

Skin was so taught and tight it was tough to bend and move the muscles after the workout
 
Hamstrings and calves this morning

Leg days have been tough for me to complete on this rebound due to lower back pumps pains from the extra weight I’ve gained quickly so gradually easing back into them.

High stance ham focussed leg press
4x20 reps 490lbs light but focussed on contracting hams

Lying leg curls 4 sets 10-12 reps 220lbs

Adductor outer machine for glute focus
3 sets 15-20 reps 90 lbs

Seated leg curls 3x10 on 120lbs

Calves machine

3 sets low weight 70lbs but each set as many as you can get in in a minute. Crazy pump and burn

Last 3 sets heavy weight 170lbs 3x15 reps

Weight is up to 239 in the morning holding some water from the d bol but still relatively tight , trying to get body to regulate some of this water weight so I can really focus on smashing quads

Strength is back up for sure now but been sleepy and lethargic with the growth im running and added weight , need that extra motivation right now.

The d bol is definitely legit and I haven’t been having much pip at all with the T 500. My first time with their products. Good stuff

Rebound / start of offseason is going well.
Fixed my sleep issues with a cpap and now am able to get good rest and recovery. Weight is up to about 240 in am. Obviously not as tight but it’s time to grow. Cardio has been non existent probably should add some in here soon to keep excess fat off. Plan on hitting a good leg day tomorrow and will update as I didn’t have a chance to make it by today. The T is good no pip really even at that 500mg dosage so no complaints on that side I just got to do the work on my end

I'll tell my own view

toooo much test 1.5 g weekly omg, this is about pro division, and even there not every one pro athletes using such big testo doses.
1.5g testo+ 400-600 tren, I see no reason.

Also what a point to use 2 orals? Liver made of adamantium?:)
If you want solid muscles....
Look on mix-3 0.5cc(ml) ED+ maybe bold 150mg ED or 1ml of each EOD
 
Appreciate the opinion , I’m running it at about 1 - 1.2 g on test not quite 1.5 but that’s fine , tren is 200 twice a week , and the orals overall dosage isn’t high even if it is 2 compounds 20 or 40 t bol with 30 or 20 d bol. Not going higher than 60mg oral and I know many who have ran much higher. I’m on liver support etc and this is a quick burst / blast to really grow and take advantage of the rebound. I’m safe and doing things within reason , not popping 100mg anadrol a day or something

I am interested to see how the test500 treats you.
I am running it now myself -- first few weeks were rough, some PIP and test flu (to be expected) but now I am used to it and loving it!

Looking forward to following your progress! kill it brother and let see some big gains :)

Yea I haven’t been getting any at 1cc it’s smooth

Nice! I personally get some with 1cc of the test500.
But I reduced it by mixing with other oils in the same barrel.
At 0.5cxc of the 500 + 1cc of other things -- I get no PIP.
