    Tonightís workout:
    600 push-ups
    300 red band rows
    100 dips
    100 biceps

    Iím on phase 2 now so Iíve once again increased volume
    Phase 0 - pushups
    Phase 1 - pushups + band rows
    Phase 2 - ^ above + dips and some biceps bro

    This is week 1 of the diet, already want to make changes but gonna wait until week 2!

    Note: I always do a week 0 or phase 0 which is either an acclimation period or a test period to figure out starting strength

    Not a crazy day, had to work late and wasnít feeling the Gym, cut the workout short

    Squat 6x2
    Hack squat 5x10
    Adductors super set with abductors 5x20 each
    Not a crazy day, sometimes thatís okay

    Busy week
    Guys didnít miss much,



    Hit some dumbbells on Monday, took the 130s for a ride. These should be pretty easy over the next two weeks. Notice I always use a slow descent on these! Control

    Also next week I bump up the diet intensity


    Few changes:
    Added some fruit, nuts, extra vegetables, and tuna...

    Removed milk on non workout days, substantially changing calories and carbs on working / non workout days.

    Still need to manipulate the Saturday Sunday morning meals for weekends.

    Largest change between weeks 1-2 and 3-4 will be the reduction of calories and carbs between lifting and non lifting days.

    I was running Cut Mix but something wasnít sitting well with me, switched to Sust and feel better, as pictured lol.

    Both from Robo

    I plan to peel another 10-15lbs before going back into calorie surplus.

    Close grip bench ( additional strength component)
    3x6 275 all paused

    Additional hypertrophy movements
    Military press (ohp) 95lbs 3x10-15
    Light cable rows
    Pull-ups 3x10
    Cable flyers 4x14-20

    I also do not recommend bands for everyone they need to be strategically used and you should know why youíre using them

    Tomorrow is deadlifts, last workout session in this first cycle then I take a nice week off (few workouts but only 50% of 1RM)

    My strength isnít coming back as quick as I hoped while in calorie deficit but thatís life and honestly shouldnít be a surprise.

    After deload I go back to straight weight on Saturdays.

    Today
    Bench 365 4x2
    1 amrap 3 + 5 second rest then 1 with long ass pause
    Bench 185 3x15 close grip
    Standing OHP 135 3x15
    Pull-ups 3x10
    Side raises and front raises

    Went down to Miami figured Iíd throw up a pic

    Deload ends tomorrow, Iíve got January left in this cut and then I transition into a maintenance diet, or maybe directly into a lean bulk.

    Obviously had a few cheats over New Years, and I hope everyone had a good new year

    Time to get back to training

    Hey everyone
    Bench day tomorrow and squats Thursday
    This is the 2nd week in this Mesocycle

    Am thinking about throwing in a fat burner but one that has minimal impact on appetite. Definitely donít want one that has an ingredient specifically for appetite suppression

    I am aware that stimulants in general also can suppress appetite

    Open to suggestions,
