Working on the diet plan now, I will share if anyone is interested?

My Robo cycle comes today, going to be doing cut mix with some anavar.

Also experimenting with an odd Training split, if anyone is interested in a rough outline let me know! This way you donít have to paint the picture from my individual workout posts

    Ready for a ride ?

    Started my Robo cycle today!!!

    Starting at:
    1ml robocut (test/Tren/mast) mon-wed-Friday
    50mg anavar (25mg morning / 25 preworkout

    And the diet of course

Pretty excited for this cycle, I love anavar. This is my first run with Robo anavar tabs. High hopes!

Haha thatís a good question, this training cycle will be extremely different. It will be fun though to see how my strength comes backóif it does! This training cycle may be fairly ineffective, but I hope not.

Looks like I will only be training in the gym 3 days a week. Heavy bench will be Saturday and squats on Thursday.

2 days a week I will be doing outside bodyweight exercises. Huge change of pace for me.

yeah Im used to seeing videos of you moving heavy stuff with bull bars and chains and bands.. This is starting to sound a little S and M.

Is this change because of an injury that I missed?

I'm always impressed by you guys with super detailed diet plans. My workouts are detailed and planned out for months in advance but my eating is more generalized and I go by feel.

Nice little workout today, will have a video up shortly of some of the motions. Remember Iím just coming back so gotta ease into the heavy lifting

    Workout:
High pin press worked up to 455lbs x1
Full bench 315 5x2 took it easy here
    Dumbbells 100lbs 4x10
    Dips 5x5
    Machine back row thingy 5x10

Pretty easy day, remember Iím staying to stay away from doing a lot of volume in the gym. I get most of my volume on this program Iím doing outside of the gym. Very different

    Hey everyone, short video

Basically hereís the method to todayís madness

High pin press: great to feel some weight heavier than your current max. Good tricep builder. Usually do these with a static hold at the top.

Dumbbells. Remember the goal is to build muscle, slow nice contractions are the goal here.

100s were pretty easy, next week we move up. The goal is only 5 reps so probably go up to 120s next week.
