    1) as a means to lessen the range of motion, understanding Iím leaving a portion of the lift largely untrained. For example I may do a 1-2 board to avoid the extra pec stretch and shoulder movement. Reducing fatigue and injury risk if overuse is a concern in a training cycle

    2) I would use bigger boards 3-4 board with heavy loads for reps, the goal here is to get the body and triceps used to pressing a heavy load in the same path as a bench press. I would break these up in phases of 12 rep range and 6 rep range. This would only be done if triceps were a lagging muscle group and need to be worked in the same bar path as the bench (so really only needed for someone doing powerlifting)

Ok makes sense. So if someone is having trouble locking out 405 (the second half of the positive in a rep, in which the tricep plays a big role in) the boards can train that second half range of motion more.

Yes but to be clear, they are using the boards to allow themselves to bench sets and reps (a lot of volume) in that range

NOT using the boards to lift heavy and lift large loads in that range.

Meaning your board presses the way i would do things would be more at 60% 1RM then made progressively heavier in a near linear fashion for a block of time

I personally do not recommend the ďtraditionalĒ approach of doing heavier or supermaximal work with boards

    I understand.

In your opinion, what's the most % of your 1RM you'd hit with planks?

80% x 5 reps? I feel like that's a good strength number without risking injury (if properly warmed up and form is proper as well)

After working let's say 60% for 3 chest days and then 70% for a few chest days?

Are you asking how to progress a lift through different percentages of your max throughout a training cycle ?

Training and supplements are going good, about six weeks out and have to make some dosage changes

The Tren is great, keeping it steady at 300mg, I honestly donít feel great above that

Six weeks out, debating a super high dosage of anavar or back to dbol to solidify my strength gains with some halo

    Hey everyone,
Iíve been a bit MIA lately as I was preparing a close friend for her first competition, but here I am back in action

    This is my current roadmap
    Mesocycle 1: hypertrophy
Meso2: hypertrophy with some variations (July)
    Meso3: strength, get stronger! (August)

Open to finding another powerlifting competition anywhere from September to October

Plan on doing bodybuilding next year !

Robotics gear is what I use, I will be putting an order in with the team this week and my gear usage will be to complement the goals of that mesocycle.

Right now Iím focusing on size

I agree with this statement. Robo has been on the forums since I started lurking years ago. Truly a source that believes in quality in the bottle, rather than wasting all their time and effort on other small touches

Today bench went smooth as melted butter on pancakes.
    *
    385 7x1
    *
7x2 was reduced to 7x1 due to some abnormal pec tightness, no need to push it. Thatís what idiots do .
    *
I moved my grip in about two fingers from my competition grip, to further limit pec strain.
    *
Will reduce volume on Wednesdayís workouts and see if that remedies the boob issue.
    *
These pec issues arenít new, itís all about finding the Goldilocks zone for my pec, which can be challenging when introducing new movements. Is it a volume issue, intensity issue, or movement issue . Iím betting a volume issue. So we will reduce a bit from Wednesday and maintain all the recovery modalities I currently have in place.
    *
Speed was on point, next week we will see some doubles without issue.

    Hey everyone!
I havenít been quite MIA just on Deload where I had to reduce my workouts for a week to allow for some extra recovery.

Every 4 weeks of hard training I take an easy or off week.

Saturday was the start of block 2 (mesocycle 2)
7x2 at 390 with the bow bar.

This mesocycle will end me with the same weight I had as my training weight when I missed 490 in competition. Except this time I will be using a more difficult bar.

So after this cycle I will go back to a straight bar and try to stay healthy as I ride the wave to my next competition.

Today was an important day, tells me a few things
    my training is on point
Robos products that support my recovery are on point

Today was my estimated 90% day, next week is my gym max 100% day then we taper down from that and compete September 7th

Going to increase my dosages and will be running the following from Robo

    500 test cyp
    300 Tren Ace
50mg anadrol going into September 7
    400 masteron E

    Glad Robo supports me

If the community has ANY questions on training or supplementation let me know!
