Training: Go find a heavy ass weight. Pick it up, put it down. Don't be such a pussy.
Drugs: Fill up a 3 cc syringe. Make sure to get a full 3 ccs. Inject it every day.
Diet: Don't eat anything until 2 PM. Eat a big ass meal, all good quality food, no junk. Beef and calorie dense foods lke spaghetti are fine, just make sure it is wholegrain and is not based in a fatty white sauce or anything gay like that. Pesto is OK. Make sure to get tons of protein. Eat a big ass meal after you train. Eat a big meal right before bed with 4 iu's of GH.
Stop training like a pussy. Go hard for an hour and 20 minutes.
Get on the treadmill/bike/whatever and do at least 50 minutes of cardio.
