Very full feeling muscles and pumps have been great and strength is getting back to where it was before contest cutting.

Wide grip pulldowns 220 3x8-10
Close grip reverse pull downs 160 3x8-10
Cable pullovers 70 3x8-10
Low rows 100 each side 3x8-10
Cable face pulls 2x12-15
The extra weight is making me extremely tired as I’ve gained 20 lbs in a few weeks post show so lower back has been really killing me and hindering leg workouts.
