All I have to do is look at carbs and I gain weight! It’s different for everyone. I can cut better than I bulk because I can run a deficit easier than a surplus of calories. You have to do what you feel is right for you. If you find that you made a bad choice, you back up, reevaluate and make a different plan. Bodybuilding to me has been research and trial and error. As I said not everyone is the same and we don’t all respond to the same things.
It’s kind of like these neat little boxes that all healthcare providers, dieticians and such think we should all live in! We don’t all fit in those boxes.
As far as whether you should complete your cut, that’s a tough one because I am a firm believer in see things through to the end. That being said, if you can not give 100% to the rest of your cut, I would begin the transition into my bulk and not waste time.
Cuts are tough on the body and soul. Sometimes we just need a 2 week or so recoup as we roll in to a bulk. My last cut was around 22 weeks. Longest cut I’ve ever bet done and there were times I wasn’t sure I’d make it till the end. That’s where forums like this come in. The support that we give each other is invaluable and even a small complement here and there is sometimes all we need to get motivated for that next week.
It’s like eating an elephant! You don’t do it all at one time, you do it one bite at a time. I don’t think you bit off more than you can chew. You got this and we are here for you. What ever you decide the choice is yours and I think you will make the right decision for you.

Thanks push! I have plan. I am gonna finish this cut. But when my body feels like it's at its limit I will refeed. Last night ended up just enjoying a little food and not weighing or tracking the meal/snacks and woke up a whole lb lighter. . I think my body can only handle "diet" phases so long and actually adding calories sometimes helps me out.

Today is a refeed and rest day!

It is so empowering as a woman to have more to show than just an ass. Am I the only girl who doesnt have leg day as my favorite day . My favorite poses would have to be back and the double bicep pose, ya know the one where your back wings flare to the side. . I love molding each and every body piece closer to perfection. Slowly burning away the fat to show that hard earned muscle that is underneath. I am stuck in the middle I love powerlifting and body building. My overall goal is to be thick fit as I call at or below 20% bf but still strong as fuck! I know I am headed there. I regularly get asked if I compete and I am always encouraged to do a meet. However I just love it and it's a lifestyle. Maybe in the future I would do a meet who knows. Anyone can go to the gym but not everyone changes not everyone goes somewhere. Many can lose weight and cut down but who can keep the progress going??? There are few.

No more carb cycling. It is not yielding me better results than not doing so keeping it more simple and balanced. Will have a refeed once a week. Calories will be 2000k a day protein 247p 132c 54f. This will stay the same until the end.

Yesterday was arms, abs, and cardio

Today is a rest day

Macros straight across the board. Photos below.

I can say I am happy how I have built my body and dont have to risk damaging my matabolism by eating too few calories or slaving away with too much cardio just to yield results.

However, I am so ready for this refeed day. I already have my day planned haha. No time for my new fav all you can sushi place ( stupid po meeting) but there is a great hibachi bar with a sushi bar that will do just fine

Just a random thought I am so tired of eggs I had to come up with how will I get them down lol. ( egg white salad) also made my macro friendly fajita bombs.

Although my other half doesnt do cardio he has also been getting good results and I am so proud to have this muscle hunk as my swole mate
