Meal2: Turkey braut, Kaiser roll, .5 cup baked beans

Meal 3: 3.75 oz salmon. 1 cup rice, 1 cup strawberries

Meal 4: 8oz extra lean beef, 2 oz pasta, 125g sauce

Meal 5: Turkey burger Hawaiian bun, 168g Alexa fries

Snacks: peanut butter banana cliff bar

Gear: 5mg tbol ( pharmacon)

I’m sure you will, every round is always better than the last! I’ve always been a silent lurker on your log and you’ve been a huge help to me just doing your thing and seeing your progress. Helps me keep my mind right to see another female consistent and killing it.


Thank you! Yeah, it’s a slippery slope but logging here and a coach helps as far as visibility and structure - at least for me.

I agree there are few females who stick to it and grind it out. A coach makes a huge difference. Glad you took the step and are making great progress. Incredible difference from your last time you were around. A coach makes it way easier on the mind too.

For now I am justing running off this log. Maybe I will start a new one in the future. We never know .

3 6" tortillas, 5 oz extra lean beef, 28g reduced fat cheese, 2 TBSP light sour cream, 0.7 cup strawberries

Meal 3: 4 oz salmon, 1 cup rice

Meal 4: speghetti
4 oz extra lean beef, 4 oz pasta ( dry), 0.5 cup sauce , 5 cheese Texas toast

Meal 5: 4 oz salmon, 1 cup rice

Snack: chocolate brownie cliff bar

Gear: 5 mg tbol
