SRS tho, you should see if anyone local is involved in competitive powerlifting. A gal at my gym does it, travels all over to compete and im pretty sure your where she is at strength wise. As much as you like to challenge yourself that way you would probably have a blast :)

Evil plan muhahahaha. Once the kids go back to school i know you will be back 100%. I am struggling atm. Work and kids all day is too much. Especially the toddler.

I can't commit to anything like that. I have way too much on plate. Maybe one day

Just a check in.

My mood has been a little down and slowly starting to see the effects of being on a diet. Usually i am pulling 315 for reps on my deads and yesterday 275 was a struggle. It always sucks losing strenth. I am hoping once i up the dose of var to 15mg and once the primo kicks in.

Diet is good. I have been pushing through the hard moments. When you are so hungry but only garbage is around.

Arms today and low carb.

Keep your head up and dont focus on the load.. The diet is going to bring bigger changes than a heavier load. Keep you eye on the prize!

WEEKLY CHECKOUT AND CHANGES

Weight- +.5lbs
Diet- could use some improvement.
Mental state- not so well
Training- solid

Changes coming up

So at this point not really getting the support i need at home and appreciate all of you following along and sharing input and helping out. So here is what's gonna change to keep moving forward

Training- i will be training solo moving forward. I am still working on getting away from lifting so heavy and getting more volume as i think this will help for my current goals.
-3 days will still focus on heavier lifting
3 days will be volume with more reps and less rest. Most likely supersets ect.
- 2 days a week legs 2 days a week back (one with deads one without) chest and prob arms and shoulders or another chest
- hiit 2 to 3 x a week and maybe add some extra cardio

DIET- Macros are staying the same for now. But moving forward i will be taking in majority of my carbs pre workout and only saving a few for post workout. Before i was keeping 50%+ for post workout and it's not working. I feel dpeleted and plus I workout late. Hopefully this change will help.

CYCLE- Var will be 15mg ED Split into 3 doses
Primo staying at 30mg pinned 2x a week @15mg

*** If anyone can give feedback on how long until i would notice sides? I shed alot of hair to begin with so i am really nervous of this side and not noticing it in time. If anyone has tips on how to know if it's the primo or my reg shedding lol

Stopping the sr9009. Will be continuing the gw and adding back in the eca stack.

At the 1 month mark will be providing comparison pics and measurements.

Let's make next week even better than the last.

Hang in there, it will fall into place, Ithink its a good idea sometime to change things up for a bit....sometimes drastically. Maybe not for someone who hasn't been at it for too long, but you've been hitting it pretty hard for a long time. A change might be just the shock your body might respond well to. Not easy when theres not much support and the kids run you ragged, but whats the alternative ;) ;)

what carbs are you missing the most ? Have you ever done any experimenting with almond and coconut flour ? I have a few good recipes for baked goods and the like that are REALLY low carb. Theres a trick to it, you have to use blends of the flours and blends of sweetener to make it come out right. Also, if you dont have celiac or aren't gluten intolerant, if you put in really tiny amounts of gluten (Im talkin 1/4 tsp) into your baking it fixes the funky texture and you almost cant tell your eating low carb :winkfinger: its just a pain in the ass to have to make it

I have 0 time to bake lol. I can barely manage a low carb protein waffle lol.

As i have said this is a new damn week and i am starting it strong. Checkout my FDOE. First day of solo training and new training style and i love it. Soaked and motivated. This new training is all about volume and intensity. This should be a good switch for my body since i have been heavy lifting for a long time now.

Good morning!!!

Yesterday was low carb number 2 and a rest day.

Today got a new low weigh in. So hopefully already the diet change is helping out.

Legs will be today. Still deciding if i am going to go for my hewvy squats or all reps. It will depend on how I feel. If i feel strong, i will do heqvy squats and then high intesity and volume after.

Diet is on point! Will check in later.

Another day completed toward the goals!

It was chest day. Time was limited but i feel like a decent amount was accomplished for 1 hour 15 min

Finally starting to see some changes but i am hungry for more!

Injections are going perfect no pip at all!

Hardest part of it all is the time management. To live the life for real is a job in itself amd takes so much time. You add in kids with a family and shit gets real. But i love it in the end and won't stop.
