Your NOT a fatty silly ;) just dont have a "typical" American body (ie., waist bigger than legs ;) ) you'll find them. One thing Ive noticed is the jeans I tend to like best are made with elasthane for stretch, not spandex. Its a nicer material. NYDJ will be at Macys, they will probably fit great but they wont be your …."WOW, these make me look HOT" Jeans LOL Great for running around all day without having to contstantly pull up your pants tho :roflmao: The Freddys sizing is based on the measurement of the widest part of your butt, so I gotta try some :)

I just need jeans for date nights. Most days i wear gym clothes lol. I did notice the high waist style is a better fit to hold the junk in the trunk . Now you have me on these freddys. Haha.

Hello all!! Weight has been a little higher than i like to see but it flucuates so we will see what the total is by the end of the week.

* will be adding in 30mg of primo a week for about 4 weeks starting Thursday. Pretty nervous and excited. I will see how it goes and then if all is good up the dose. Pin days will be mondays and thursdays.

- feedback I am liking the valkyrie var and it cuts super clean without crumble.

Today was a high carb day with legs for the workout. Home made pizza for the post workout meal .

Breakfast- 10 egg whites with a haberno cheese stick

Lunch- 6oz ground turkey with a low carb/ high fiber tortilla

Snack- 3 scoop protein shake and mini fudge round

- 2 scoop protein shake

- dinner will either be salmon with asparagus or i will finish off my homemade pizza with a high protein snack

Hit back today with some cardio and hiit after. Nothing special just high intensity lower weight since I am a little irritated and depleted from not as much food as I like lol.


So excited to say my pins came early and I did my first vg injection all by myself .

Reg pin days will be Monday and Thursday though.

Weight hasn't budged this week i don't think. Will take averages after saturdays weigh in. Will most likely add a 3rd hiit session in.

After 3 months finally realized my watch blows balls to track actual calories burned so will have to get a new one asap since it's pretty important. Anyone have recommendations???? At this point, looking at the fitbit versa.

Diet hasn't been on this point this week whether it be not eating enough or not having time to eat to the point i am so hungry i grab whatever. Definitely need to get some meal prep going moving forward.

Pretty disappointed in myself this week. But can only do better next week.

So far no pip but only did one injection so far haha.

For years I pinned shoulders only. I finally hit my ass a year ago and its the only place I inject now. Mid top right/left corner. Never had a problem, always smooth. Not sure what size pinz you have. That booty looks like it needs at least a 1 1/2. You don't want to subQ your ass. That can be painful. Your lookn great tho, keep up the hard work its showing.

Its a new week!

- this week lost .3lbs
- started the primo and completed my second pin today. Pin days will actually be sundays and wednesdays.
- dropping the eca stack for 2 weeks and this will be my last week of sr9009 before i take a small break.
- gw still at 20mg but will be dosing once a day moving forward. Mornings on non lift days and 30 min before workouts on lifting days
- primo 30mg a week and var 10mg ed. Possibly will bump this up after this week
- hiit increased to 3x a week
- macros will be the same

Hoping with dropping the eca stack i will be more hungry. I have been so busy lately no time even to do a meal prep. I know eating enough is just as important as not eating too much. As soon as my funds allow me I will be buying a new watch for better tracking.

Below is yesterdays shoulder workout. Today is low carbs and either a rest or arms day depending on if i get a nap .
