    Legs yesterday. 25mg DBol Preworkout.

    Lying Hamstring Curl 2 warms ups 4 sets 8-10 reps with drop on last set followed by another drop of 30 partials
    Hack squats 1 warm up 4 sets of 8 reps. Had to stop stop at 5 pps due to back pumps
    Leg press 4 sets 10-12 reps all with low and close stance
    Leg Ext 4 sets 10-12 reps with 2 sec squeeze at top of all reps
    Seated Calf Raise 2 warm ups, 4 sets 10 reps

    Workout went fairly well minus the Dbol back pumps creeping up on me. I was expecting it soon at some point as I always get them with DBol or Drol. Oh well, gotta make due with what I can.

    Weight was 233.3 lbs this AM. Up 5.3 lbs from the start of log. Dbol is starting pumping that water into me.

    Sides:
    Pro: Pumps still good. Feeling pumped throughout the day. Shirts feeling more snug.
    Cons: Lower back pumps from DBol on certain training days.

    Back training today after work.

    You tried taking taurine for the back pumps? 4-5g before you workout should help a lot

    I get yhe same back pumps with dbol. I have to do my leg day and back day at least 2 days apart because if I do them consecutive days it makes it worse, doing bent over rows or deadlifts then squats the next day causes me insane back pumps on dbol. Taurine does help though.

    That sounds like a good idea. I知 doing a high frequency program ATM doing back Monday, Thursday, and Saturday so I may have to give taurine a go. Bent over rows is one of my favorite exercises, but brings on the lower back pumps quick with DBol

    No, I haven稚 personally. Always heard people using it, but never gave it a real shot. Might have to now lol. Thanks

    Back/Bi. 25 mg Dbol Pre

    Straight Arm Pulldown SS Neutal Grip Shoulder Width Pulldown: 2 warm ups, 4 sets 10-12 reps
    Chest Supported Row: 1 warm up, 3 sets 10 reps
    Rack Pull into BB Shrug: 3 sets 8 reps with 3 shrugs each rep
    Seated Cable Row: 3 sets 10 reps
    DB Preacher Curl: 3 sets 10 reps
    E-Z Bar Curl: 3 sets 10 reps
    Standing Calf Raise: 1 warm up, 3 sets 10 reps with 3 sec hold at top, 3 sec negative, and 3 sec stretch at bottom of every rep

    Pumps were wild with this one. Couple sets had to cut short due to painful pump, and not muscle failure. No lower back pump problems today which was great. I did notice some strength increases on exercises later in the workout where I normally use less weight and reps which is awesome. Biceps were pumped after a few sets as if I had done like 15 sets.

    Sides:
    Pro:PUMPS!! Some strength increases noted today. Libido seems like it is starting to come around. Morning wood and looking at women I normally really wouldn't lol.
    Con: No back pumps today, so nothing to note.

    Pinned R quad no PIP. I noticed if I pin my quads down in the lower third of the muscle I get pretty much zero PIP from anything I've pinned. The middle and upper third are hit or miss for PIP or nerves. Just thought that was odd since I see most suggest pinning the middle or upper quad. Oh well, whatever works I guess.

    Shoulders tonight. Gonna throw in 100mg test suspension pre and see what kind of pumps I can bring on!

    Also have a pic from the front I'll upload when I get back home.

    25mg DBol and 100mg Test Suspension Pre

    DB Shoulder Press 2 warm ups 4 sets working up to 110x7
    Lying Rear DB Raise SS Standing Machine Lateral 4 sets 10-12 reps
    Seated DB Lateral 3 sets 10 reps
    Machine Rear Flye 3 sets 10-12 reps
    SM Wide Grip Upright Row 3 sets 10 reps
    V-Bar Pushdown 1 warm up, 3 sets 10-12 reps
    Machine Dip 3 sets 1012 reps
    DB Overhead Ext 2 sets 10-12 reps

    Ok pumps are just getting stupid at this point. Shoulders were on fire and triceps were pumped after 2 sets. They were literally hot to the touch they had so much blood
