So I know I have another log on here that I fell out of.

But in an effort to get myself moving I am going to try this over again.

Not going to lie. Im felling pretty wreckless and my health is second to just feeling good right now so no real point in talking me out of doing something. Sounds shitty but its all I can really do.

Tossed on a shirt to go out wish some friends and the shit is suddenly baggy on the shoulders and tight o. the gut. Complete 180 from a few weeks ago.

Heres a recent pic. Kinda realized how shit I have gotten the last few months.

18ish bodyfat.

Going to pin a fuck ton of GH and finish the few grams of DNP i have left. Gotta look to see how much i have left.


Upped my hex dosage to 600mg EW. Test is at 400mg EW with Adex at .5mg EOD.


Diet is mostly beans, rice, plain grilled chicken. Work got a bunch of samples of a "overnight" protein so I will be adding protein shakes throughout the day.


Once my supplies come in I will be brewing some Masteron Enanthate so I will start taking that to clear up some gyno (it works like a charm at 400mg so 800mg should get rid of it completely)

Wjll either update tonight or tomorrow after work with the full plan.
 
I just read about your personal issues in another thread.

You want to up your dose of tren hex to 600mg a week? 600mg of tren is way more than what anybody on a novice level needs to get results.

Going for monster status? Maybe, if you are genetically inclined then do it. To make it worse you are having personal and maybe what sounds like mental issues. Hormones should be last of your priorities and will only make things worse.

And a fuck ton of GH is not going to do anything for you. It will help with a marginal meal plan at keeping you lean but if your weight training and cardio is not 100% then why bother?

And if you are trying to lean out why the beans and rice? I guess that would be okay in proper amounts.

Not to bag on you, just trying to point out maybe this is not the best task to take on at the moment, or if you do want to do this hire a coach to get training and diet dialed in and save money on the drugs. A coach is cheaper than 10ius of GH a day and I bet you get better results.

I wish you the best of luck and hope that you persevere through what seems like a tough time for you.

So woke up a bit late this morning. Had a scoop of whey and some PB on the way to work. 5 hour shift running around like a mad man thanks to one of the employee no showing.

Stopped by the store on the way home and grabbed some canned pinto beans, hot sauce and eggs. Talked to my wife for a little bit. We know its a long ass road ahead. Alot of shit said cant be taken back but we know we have to get our shit together before we can be together. Also saw my dog so it helped clear my head a bit.


All my liquor went down the drain as soon as I walked through my front door. Found a pack of cigarettes that I guess I must have bought a few days back and tore those up. Also decided to dump the diet soda and diet energy drinks that I have. Wasnt a whole lot but its been something I have been wanting to give up for a while. I average 3 to 4 BANG energy drinks every shift at work. Only caffeine source I will bother with is some cold brew coffee (Angry Joe...picked it up at the last USPA meet i was at).


Jasmine rice in the cooker. Pinto beans on the stove and black beans soaking in my fridge so that I can cook them tonight before bed


Diet is legitimately going to be rice, beans (canned if I dont get a chance to soak and cook raw beans on day) and grilled chicken with hot sauce. I have about 40lbs of chicken breast in my fridge and a ton of rice and beans so it will suffice till i am caught up on bills. Gonna add some prebed caseine (got about 30 samples of "Sleeping Giant") as well as some egg whites and peanut butter when I have some extra spending cash.



One plus is that its my folks anniversary. They want me and my sister (an brother in law)to join them for dinner so I will probably enjoy a nice steak for dinner.





I hate to say it guys but aside from making some small tweaks there isnt a whole lot you can say to make me change my mind. I have a chance to win 1,000 if I can make a huge recomp in the next 4 weeks (and I definitely could use the money to get back above water). I also have spent 15 years doing everything for everyone else. Ive lived by everyone elses standards and did everything for everyone else. I also let my past abuse dictate my life and I am done with that. I'm going to be selfish, wreckless and control 100% of everything that I do. I may not be able to control the actions of others. I can't stop life from trying to fuck my ass but I can control everything I put into my body and everything I do with said body.


Im sure I will figure my shit out sooner or later. The tren has numbed me emotionally so aside from just losing motivation to do anything, I dont exactly "feel"the pain associated with all the shit thats happened.


The GH will definitely make my hip feel better. The whole chronic pain this is tiresome. I wont do any over the top dosing but I will go back to exactly what I did back when i first used it (to heal and avoid surgery).


I appreciate your concern, I respect the hell out of you guys as I have never had a bad conversation with either of you.


But ultimately you can follow along and see what happens....if I managed to get control of my life and snap out of this before i permanently fuck something up. Or you can just unsubscribe/block/have me banned but nothing is really going to change my mind at this point.
 
The log is the first step to actually doing something and taking control back.
You know what you’re doing, it’s just up to you to be disciplined.

I have a ton of hgh leftover from a huge order from Iron last year. About 15 or so kits. Basically its wasting away in my fridge at this point.

Also the tren numbs alot of emotions for me. Which I kind of need. Only sides I really get from trens is sweating my dick off at night but im used to it by now.

Just dropping in for a quick update.

Was a hectic day. Woke up a little late than planned so started off a little slow. 2 scoops whey, a big ass tbsp of natural peanut butter.

I work at a gym and coworkers were giving me shit for bringing my rice cooker with me. Probably jealous that I get fresh hot rice while theyre stuck with reheated tupperware.

1 cup of jasmine rice
1 cup pinto beans
4oz chicken breast
El yucateco havenero sauce to taste.

Legitimately meals 2, 3 and 4.


Just downed 2 cups of rice, 1 cup pinto beans and 4oz of grilled chicken. Im gonna be hitting legs in about an hour so I wanted some extra carbs.

I would have expected 15 grams of fiber per meal to slow my digestion down a good amount but I seem to be hungrier anytime I incorporate beans in my meals.

I am thinking about following a meadows routine as a buddy was nice enough to send me one. I forget the title though, all i know is it has extra focus on glutes and legs which is good because my SI joint has issues if I dont train my glutes enough.


Gonna try to update again before bed. I think my PWO meal is going to be rice and chicken breast since I need to cook more beans.

Decided on "28 Days Later" by Meadows. Less time I spend "off" the more likely I will stay the course.

His routines are simple but complicated as he utilizes has a specific way of doing things for anyone who hasnt read any of his material...I will try to lay it out as best as possible.


Legs:

Seated Leg Curls:
160 4 sets of 2.
Dropset on the 4th set. 160x12, 140x8, 120x8


Leg press: drop set on set 3 followed by another drop set to burnout

270x8
360x8
410x8 > 360x8 >270x 28 (rest paused)

Machine Squat:
270x8x3
270x8 > 180x8 > 90x8

Skipped bulgarian split squats as my SI joint was on fire and I could barely stand up straight.

Leg extensions: 4 sets pyramiding up in weight. Set 4 you do 8 reps, hold at the top for 5 seconds. Then drop set all the way back down (8 reps, 5 second hold on rep 8).

Added a dropset of hip abductions for ny glutes

My legs are cramping like a mother fucker right now. Sort of zoned out on the cardio which was nice. But my SI Joint is on fire right now. Weights used were incredibly low. Which i figured as its been a while since I had any appreciable leg training.


2 cups of rice and 8oz of chicken breast post workout. Mixed up a shake in case I wake up hungry in the middle of the night.

I'd definitely add in the proviron. It definitely has a positive mental effect and definitely won't hurt to have more free test in your system. I run stinging nettle root to maximize free test on the cheap, it definitely helps make you feel a little better too.
 
Chest today. Made the mistake of training fasted so it definitely killed my energy. But I needed a pick me up and I could tell I would lose motivation to train as the day went on.

Flavorgod Habanero seasoning is garbage. Huge waste of money. Was hoping for a nice little kick on my ground beef but it just tasted like lemon and onion.


Force fed myself 20oz of ground beef (cooked down to 12 oz and I spread it over 3 meals). Just finished the last bit about 5 minutes ago and I feel like shit. Mostly from how awful it tastes.

DNP is in full effect already. Dripping sweat like a mother fucker and I am not even dosing it that high. I had a theory last time I ran it that you sweat more with cleaner calories (would always sweat at meals but seemed to be less if I was eating shit). Seems to be proving itself correct but we will find out.


Looking forward to chicken breast tomorrow. Nice to actually WANT to eat...hopefully I will still feel the same in the morning. Just gotta remind myself 1 foot in front of the other...

Todays been shit to be frank. Got in 4 solid meals. 1 cup rice and 4oz chicken each meal. 2 "combat whey" shakes and 2 scoops pf "sleeping giant" which is basically caseine with sleep aids....that clearly didnt help.

Just hit a light shoulder workout to get a pump in. Was at a small gym that really didnt suit my needs for what i was supposed to do so I will be back on my plan tomorrow.


Gotta be up in an hour to take a friend to the airport, then an 8 hour shift.

Honestly its been a while but I tried the cheese flavoring (eh)and the spicy/chilli one that was supposed to basically just be "everything hot". It was no better than red pepper flakes/cayenne. But a lot more expensive.


I was going through the labels and every single one has the same basic formula with just a few extra to ingredients to change the label. I think its like onion and parsley or something along those lines.



Im struggling with work motivation. Did a PT session with a trainer at my work who specialises in therapy and mobility. Was feeling awesome till the general manager decided to show him a "better way" to stretch my hip capsule. Unfortunately for me, anterior pelvic tilt causes my SI joint to slip. So when he pulled my leg up, it put it in exactly the WRONG spot and I had to skip hamstrings today because of how fucked up my SI joint is now.


The marriage situation is still eggshells. We have spent some time together. Maybe 2 or 3 hours total. But her work schedule is basically 6am to 11 everyday. Was gonna go over to her place tonight but got pretty sick so had to cancel.



Diet was non existent today...ate nothing. But mostly just too exhausted/hurting to move. 2 hours of sleep yesterday. A 4 hour car ride (traffic)to drop a buddy off at the airport and then an 8 hr shift with a stoner coworker who bitches about how tough his job is as I LITERALLY spend my shift not only doing my shit, but do his shit as well. Kinda hard for me to feel sorry when my department is not only responsible for our shit, but also responsible with writing almost 60% of another departments sales goals.

Gonna get up in about 4 hours, cook up some food and go about my shit
 
Sorry for the lack of update yesterday. Was contemplaiting an ER visit. Apparently I have a very negative reaction to norcos. Took some for my SI joint. Started to sweat like crazy. Literally looked like I had jumped into a swimming pool. Tried to stat hydrated but couldnt keep my body balanced and started getting horrendous cramps.

Little better this morning. Still cramping on an off but gatorade, salt tabs and water have slowly made it better

Starting to run out of motivation. Burned the fuck out of my moutj a few nights ago. Now I have an open sore by my tooth that wont heal. Eating fucking sucks.

Been keeping clean though. No booze. No smokes. People are commenting I look bigger but also look like Im losing weight. Found out my boss got a promotion so for the next few months while she trains I will be stepping in to fill her position on and off. Good chance to prove I am capable of doing rhe job and it would be nice to promote in the same club i work for rather than promote out to somewhere else.

Almost kicked the livint shit out of some idiot that tried to sneak in. He tried telling me my own companies policy. He was no longer a member and was telling me "So youre going to deny a paying customer". I laughed in his face and told him he is literally demanding free shit so he is anyhing but a paying customer. Flipped some of my shit over then threw a gatorade at me and my coworker.

Filed a police report to cover my ass in case shit were to go sideways later but man...nothing is more annoying then some crybaby entitled prick trying to act tough. I may not be some big badass but the one thing i do know is you dont try to act hard on someone who literally feels like they got nothing to lose in life LOL.

DNP is done after tomorrow (or maybe friday). Last couple days have actually been pretty rough. Winded from talking, sweating if I talk to much. Its comparable to when I ran Scorpion DNP at 900mg for a week (yes..900mg of DNP for a week. I would sweat just from thinking lol.)

Gotta get up and go train legs but I am so damn tired. Gonna take a quick nap while my food digests then head out.

Not anything overly impressive. But this was taken yesterday. Finaly morning of DNP so I am still retaining some water. Had just finished eating and was jumping into the shower so I hadnt really planned on a "progress photo". Definitely some changes...but maybe its just from getting sick lol.


Need to really start working on my legs and glutes though. Low back pain is pretty bad and unless I really focus on strengthening my hamstrings and glutes I will always have fucked up hip and back issues.

Only going to count the top 3 or 4 sets as "working sets" but I move up in weights pretty slow. Dont want big jumps and then fucking myself up.
