    superset extensions with hamstring curls 70@10x10

    Definitely having greater pumps! I wasnít sure if it was the Winny or the fact that I started running 10x10 on most of my lifts. But I contribute most of it to the Winny!

    Strength is up!
    Stamina is up!
    Sex drive is through the roof!
    Recover is quick! Both in the gym and the bedroom! In the bedroom we are talking 5 minutes or less and itís on again. Surface it to say that the wife is enjoying the benefits of the Winny at 50mg and the EP Test Prop at 200mg as much as I am.

    Iím sure that the elevated test levels help. I know some people think that sex with the same person for yo long will get boring. Not in my opinion. Sex after 27 years is more intense than ever and that helps with the 2nd rounds!

    I generally use nuts, PB or some other source of fats with my shakes and meals. I utilize fats more for energy and carbs more for gaining. As for stalling, yes, weight loss has stalled somewhat, and I have gained 5 lbs. But I have also gained a 1/4Ē on my biceps in the last 6 weeks and have more definition in my legs and chest.
    There are days when I crave carbs, and days when I feels exhausted but Iím up at 3am, in the gym by 3:30. I workout till 5-5:30 then leave for work by 6. I work 10-12 hour days on average. Iím in bed and asleep by 9pm and get around 6 hours of sleep. Tough schedule sometimes and there are days that I work as many as 16 hours but I still try to hit the gym. Am I exhausted and tired because of the lack of carbs or the work schedule? Not sure but I keep pushing. The way I view it is this: Iím going to do today what others are not willing to do, So that I can achieve what others will never accomplish.
    I have about 2 weeks left on this run and then Iíll incorporate some carbs in my diet as I begin trying to add some size. I will phase in the carbs over time and plan to decrease cardio over the same time line.
