    Good day all the way around. I ran vitamin D @ 10,000 iU for 3 days then dropped back to 1000 iU a day and my joint aches have eased up a lot. Still a little soreness in my wrists and fingers but each day is better.

    Pain in joints is better and almost completely gone.

    Standing Curls 25@10x10
    squat (wide stance)150@10x10
    Standing toe raise(in, out, straight)150@10x10
    Seated toe raises (in,out, straight)150@10x10
    Bulgarian Split Squat- body weight
    Cable Kick Backs 10@5x20
    Cable Kicks 10@5x20
    Step ups 100- 50 ea Leg
    Cable pull Through 20@5x20

    Today is my last day for this run. It has been great IMO. I want to thank OnTopYaGirl85 & Uncle Z for giving me this opportunity.

    They have also graciously offered to sponsor my fall/winter bulking cycle which I will begin in October. I would be great if anyone that has read my log would follow me.

    So here is the low down:

    Shipping was fast considering it had to come from the other side of the pond.

    As for customer service ! There were never any issues so I would have to say service was excellent. If I did have any questions OTYG85 was all over it.

    Now the gear:

    First rate!
    I started at 100mg EOD of EP Test Prop and half way through bumped to 200mg EOD. Sexy drive skyrocketed at this point and stamina was awesome.
    Winny I started at 35mg QD and bumped to 50mg QD half way through.

    I had great stamina, and motivation.
    Iíd have to say that Uncle Zís is a great source with quality gear.
