    Post work out

So just trying to switch things up a lil and looking for different advice and ideas on post work out meal or drink. Right now Iím doing a protein shake 25g As well as plain rice cake with peanut butter (this is while Iím still in gym usually prepare this in locker room and eat on way out).. But getting tired of same shit if you know what I mean again just looking for different ideas and what everyone else does maybe I can change it up a bit. Thanks in advance guys/gals.

Bought the thin sliced 21 grains a couple of weeks ago, it was suprisingly good. My 1 yr old daughter loves it, runs around eating a slice. Anyways, definately going to try out the french toast.

Im guessing its the timing of eating cereal here? or perhaps amount? Cereal bloats me up pretty bad, maybe its the milk. I do feel leaner when i cut out dairy.
