Its to bad Piana didnt make a heart defender! To soon?
each serving is 9caps?
the liver and organ?FWIW. I have used the stuff for a few years now. I tend to punish my liver at times with orals. My blood work on my enzymes come in a little high, but not bad. They usually go back down after the punishment. I think it works pretty good for me.
I read what is in this supp and really liked it. It seems like a very well rounded on cycle supplement.

the 5% nutrition liver and organ actually supports heart, kidney and skin tooIts to bad Piana didnt make a heart defender! To soon?
i have no idea if it works on everything it claims or not but i will say rich aid it helps with acne and i have not got any acne using the liver and organ while on steroids.Bunch of hogwash if you want my opinion.
Somehow a berry root extract (or whatever you call it) is going to change or convert how your liver regenerates while taking methylated AAS.
But if it makes you feel better then by all means use it.

Skip, I know you are well educated on all this stuff, have you ever tried his products?Bunch of hogwash if you want my opinion.

Oh you give me too much creditSkip, I know you are well educated on all this stuff, have you ever tried his products?
meh i am not going to act like i know everything about what rich piana was doing and why what happened to him happened. did not know the guy. i do believe something is better than nothing and as long as a person is not depending on that supplement which 5 % nutrition is not saying to do then a little liver support is not a bad idea. the old school guys always had a liver support. my dad was a bodybuilder back in the golden era living california and knew guys who went to golds gym venice. he told me some of what is in the 5% nutrition liver and organ is what some of the guys back in the day used to take. i just do not want to say this stuff is snake oil or anything.Oh you give me too much credit
I am not well educated, I am going by what I have read and just my opinion.
I think the supplement industry with few exceptions is full of shit.
One example of why I do not believe in liver protection is because the complexities of liver biological function coupled with the complexity of methylated AAS.
Something as simple as Hawthorne Berry or NAC does not posses the ability to interact with either of the above mentioned and make the process of the liver breaking down an oral steroid alright to use.
Another example of why I do not believe in liver protection is because what a member went through a few years ago. Going on memory this guy ran orals for a year. Winstrol all year and off and on with other orals, after a year he had blood testing and it was either his AST or ALT was 2000 plus!
He went to the ER and was referred to a specialist. The doctor was either a Gastroenterologist or Hepatologist that specialized in liver disorders (again this is a long time ago so I forget which)
Anyways, do you know what was prescribed for this guy by the specialist that has expertise in this area? Time off, that's it, nothing else. Within three months his liver values were back to normal.
I think guys want to feel good about abusing their livers and say 'hey I'm fine I am using liver protection'. That is what drives sales and the placebo effect.
And supplements are 90% marketing bullshit and maybe 10% results.
Rich Piana is no guru for AAS and longevity, his results are living proof of that, all he has going for him is name recognition.
Just to make my point about supplements and the hype, look at Wieght Watchers, Oprah Winfrey is their spokesperson, are we supposed to all jump on the bandwagon because she says so?
