    Advice

    I'm new at this. I'm over 50. Currently I'm doing TRT, want to get advice on starting a cycle of juice. Looking to do Tren, anadrol, and test c. But unsure due to my age and not sure where to order it. I'm at 250 lbs with 21% body fat and working different shifts. Would like to get any advice.

    Welcome to asf. You need to do a lot of research on how to run your first cycle. Tren and anadrol should not be a part of it. Go to the anabolic section and read the stickie about first cycle. At least you asked first and didnt just start and then ask for help. Work on getting your diet in check.

    I'll respectfully address a few things:

    - Being able to read and comprehend written language is a very important skill in forums. You may notice that this section says "introduce yourself here".
    - Do not go along with your current ideas. It's all wrong. Just completely forget them.
    - No one with 21% bodyfat should cycle. Get down to 10-12% and in the meanwhile read more about steroid usage for older people.
    - The only thing you can do right now is to add a low dose of high quality HGH. 1-2iu every day alongside your TRT regimen will help you feeling better and reduce bodyfat.
    - I don't think anyone older than 40 who's not a competitive bodybuilder should take tren or drol.
    - Do these things and come back.

    Lots of cardio and figure out your diet (no, you haven't, in case you think you have). 21% bodyfat and being older (we are about the same age, so I know from experience) means higher conversion of testosterone to estrogen. That applies to your TRT as well as doing a cycle. Get that bodyfat down. It is very unhealthy, especially at your age. Tren, anadrol, and test C with 21% bodyfat is just asking for a lot of sides and left ventricular hypertrophy.

    Who in the hell told you anadrol and tren belong in a very first cycle, anyway?

    First, thank you for replying . Like I said I'm new. My diet is awful because of my work. Any advice is helpful.

    Thank you I'll look into it. Looks like hgh is the way to go for now. Want to do more research. And more advice before going ahead.

    Listen to the guys on here. Sometimes you will read and they come across a little harsh. They have seen the mistakes made you are considering and do not want to see another. Like some have said the best thing someone can do to start to change their body is change what they eat. I hear people say they are out on the road all day and have to eat out. If that is the case make your meals on the weekend, aka meal prep. When its time to eat pull into a gas station buy a bottle of water and use their microwave if you need to heat it up. I have gotten where I eat everything room temperature or straight out the fridge.

    Start with your food and read read read on here. Work on your cardio daily. In 2 months you will see some real changes. If you jump on anything and start lifting heavy over a month I guarantee you will start having tendon and ligament issues. You have to get everything stronger first or you will be sorry. You tear something and it will set you back months and months.
