Iím not sure what thyroid output is. Carb cycling isnít superior to anything.

carb cycling just like any diet with calorie deficit... I hope you learned something

it work JUST LIKE ANY OTHER DIET. Not superior

If you still in calorie deficit while youíre carb cycling, youíre doing nothing. carb cycling has to have atleast a HIGH day or 2.

Iíll just have a refeed instead. thereís cons to carb cycling as well like... monitoring your scale weight.. if youíre in classic physique; thatís a bad route.

This is not how you carb cycle bro.. 75? 25? youíre just creating a deeper deficit.. thatís all youíre doing

    Monte agreed with you somehow

If I was coming from a supportive stand point of carb cycling, donít I want to create a deep deficit then go into a mild refeed to spike insulin? Now I know you donít take the cycling standpoint, but thatís why I threw in two refeeds, so I assumed Iíd have to have two drop offs to flatten me out, Iím really just trying to cut as much fat as I can

whatís the reason of going from 25 to 75g of carbs ? then to a 100?
Do you know how much deficit youíre creating ? your body wonít give up more 2 pounds of fat a week no matter what deficit you create unless youíre on DNP, Clen and t3 .. so creating so much deficit, youíre just gonna look flat and lose motivation ..

Thatís my opinion. Do what you please Bro.. good luck

So this week im continuing with the cycle i posted recently, going from 75 to 25 then to 100 was to put my body in a deep deficit then trigger the insulin response on the 100 carb day. Basically in support of refeeds.

Im going to see how this week goes as im adding clen in by the end of this week, so ill be burning more fat.

Pictures will be posted sunday after my refeed day when im full

On your side relaxed, bring your away arm down close to your waist and use your bicep to press that Pec towards the camera/stage .

Also, on those shots, point your toes/lower body a little bit away from the camera/stage. This will make you twist a bit more to square up and make your waist look smaller from the side.
