How is this combo ? Red Lentils with rice
Known as poor mans meat. It has all the essential amino acids. It is a stable diet in the sub continent. Decent protein and carbs. Little amount of fat.

Serving size 1/3 cup raw rice and half cup raw lentils.

Used turmeric to make the lentils. That is why its yellow
We use turmeric a lot here, natural anti inflammatory
