    I feel like i donít think the cost is the same. Coaching when i was in it, cost around $500 a month and thatís before you buy your food and supps and now gear.

    Not sure what they cost where you are on line is cheaper where I am in the midwest is 200 for my personal. There are a couple that offer it on here and I could be wrong but its pretty inexpensive for what you get

    Thatís freakin cheap as hell! Los Angeles all the coaches charge an arm and a leg for it

    I would never in my life get coaching from LA Fitness. Lol Iím a new on here but not in the fitness world. I studied this in college. Iím just so busy with life and work and my new place that, i donít have the time to sit here and put together all my own stuff. My previous coach was NPC competitor both her and her husband and my other coach was an Olympic power lifter who actively competed for world titles.

    So yeah no LA Fitness trainers.

    I have seen the prices of houses out there...I can only imagine what they charge. Like I said there are a few that offer it on here I would look into it. Diet is really not that hard once you figure it out. Its sooo worthwhile paying someone thats knowledgeable for a couple months to learn and figure out where you need to be

    5 min of abs ( 5 exercises a minute a piece)

    During my compound lifts I am always out of breath after each set. I need to rest in between my sets. If you don't need to rest you didnt go heavy enough.

    As far as diet. Knowing your maintenance calories and macros are a good start. I personally like carb cycling myself.
    Glad you do not live near me and go to my gym - I think you would put this old man to shame with that workout.
