Here's a little food "porn" if you can call it that lol. Chicken breast, brown rice, green chili sauce and sliced pickled jalepenos. Plus something most will think is gross, raw broccoli and cabbage. It cold just a little in the microwave so it's not totally raw but sticks with me longer than fully cooked vegetables and is better for my digestion. I also make an almost completely calorie free poppyseed dressing that I put on it so I can eat larger amounts raw.

Today was the best leg day I've had for a long time! I think the BPC I've been using for my tendonitis is helping my knee as well because I did some stuff I wouldn't normally do like super deep hack squats with a closer and narrower stance without a lick of pain. You can call me stoked! Couldn't believe it. Also got my way up to 12 plates on the leg press again for 10 reps without any issue. I probably could've went to 14 but didn't want to risk hurting my knee.

All in all a good day. Tendonitis is still bothering me but it's getting better. I'm going to be really careful on back day tomorrow to not irritate it more. At the rate I'm healing I should be 100% good to go by the beginning of next week.

Now to hit the CBD/thc vape, eat, and get not enough sleep lol
 
Got back and calves yesterday, but quickly came to the conclusion thanks I'm going to have to take a week off of pulling movements completely. Anytime I push just a little hard on a movement where I bend my elbows while pulling it pisses off my tendonitis really bad. So I ended up cutting the back work short so I didn't injure it more.

Then post workout I ended up having a really bad hypoglycemia problem and had to take in about 40g extra carbs. I did wake up heavier this morning but looking leaner, so that's awesome.

Might end up having a really long work day today so the gym might end up being later than normal. Hopefully I have time for cardio afterward. If not I'll have to do an extra session later in the week.
 
Yesterday we decided to have me take the rest of the week off upper body lifting to allow my tendonitis to heal before we start this hard push and blast for BD. I did some calves again and some abs, then cardio and some roasting in the tanning bed.

BPC is definitely helping the tendonitis heal faster, there's no denying it. As long as I let it heal over the next few days it should go away.

Switched my test over to enanthate Monday so it can build up in my system before I blast it. Still at ~300/wk with 150 tren.

Last weekend I had to go clothes shopping, had to buy all new gym shorts in small to fit my waist. I haven't done measurements but by the way my pants waists fit I'm estimating I've lost somewhere between 3-4" from around my waist line. Had to buy bigger shirts too and clean out the closet because almost nothing fit.

Hey all!

Looks like BD went scammer on us so I'm not going to be posting in those threads anymore to help prevent anyone else from being burned.

However, I'm still doing this log! After this run is done I'm just going to keep this continual log running until I don't feel like doing it anymore, so probably a long time!

Been sick the last few days so I haven't been in the gym since Thursday so I'm looking forward to getting in tonight. The next couple weeks I'm working out of town so I'm trying to get a gym lined out. I have an entire ice chest full of food for the next week so diet will stay on point 100%. I did have a decent cheat this weekend that put what looks to be 5lb of water back on me but it'll be gone in a couple days.

I'll post a second reply with current stats and pics

I take vacation once a year and that is my two weeks to let loose and reset for the year. At least fast food has gotten better and there are healthy options if need be. Being a mom on the go you gotta have this info handy haha.

For sure! No vacation for me unfortunately lol, I'm out for work. Got me 8 days of food packed with a refill coming this weekend so I'm staying on diet 100%. It's a pain in the ass packing that much diet food! Especially the egg whites, it's a lot of bulk
 
So got chest and delts in today, I just made my own workout based on what didn't hurt my elbow and forearm. Can't remember if I posted it but I had my tricep tendon pop in my right elbow two days ago and it's been killing me since. Pressing is have assed at best so I just went lighter and slowed everything down.

I'm about to drop the mast since I'm short like 3 bottles so that's cool. I may just order more but I'm still trying to make up my mind on that. May even get some more tren ace to extend the blast a little longer to 10-12 weeks. I'm also probably going to drop the winny since it's drying me out so bad and I feel more prone to injury. Probably part of the reason my elbow got hurt.

Been a minute since I posted, been working crazy hours with almost no time off the last couple weeks. All been hitting the gym although cardio has been lacking big time. I made 3 post workout sessions last week, I'm on one this week and it's not looking good. Have been lifting though. Diet went to shit today because I forgot my meals in my hotel room...damnit man.

Tren is kicking good and I'm struggling to stay hydrated because of it. Feeling okay, the tren is starting to creep up on me and combined with the constant dehydration it's making me feel kinda crappy. But I will persist and knock the rest of this week out the best I can!

Tendonitis is still killing me, which is why I dropped the winny. I'm considering adding some NPP in to help, but when I get home I'm definitely adding in GH @ 2iu daily at least until this goes away. The bpc doesn't seem to be doing shit...so not sure if it's bunk or my arm just needs time to heal.

Finally broke down and added in GH @ 2iu subq in the problem arm before bed. Puretropins. Don't know if it was coincidence but my hands kept going numb all night way worse than they normally do. Kept having to turn over to get them feeling normal again. Today I've been much more pumped than normal, again, maybe coincidence but noticable. I've been holding water because my diet has been off the last couple days before today but it's also more than normal.

I've been running on minimal sleep so I did a shot of GC doublebase preworkout today. .8cc, so 120mg or 60mg each tren base and bold base. It helped get my ass up off the couch with was a feat in itself today lol. Pump was awesome and aggression was great. Definitely seems to help with endurance too, let's me squeeze out those last couple reps where I normally couldn't. I really like that stuff.

Thanks! I'm still at it, although work put a pretty serious damper on everything last week. I'm still traveling a bunch this week but it's shorter trips so it shouldn't be quite as bad this time
 
GH dropped back to 1.5iu to reduce the hand numbness a little bit since it started keeping me up at night, but the combo of the GH and bpc seems to be making a big difference in the tendonitis. I'm hoping after this week it'll be gone without taking anymore time off. Pretty sure I've gained 5+lbs of water from the GH already but I'm staying constantly pumped...something I wasn't expecting from the low dose, especially so quickly.

Working on keeping water intake high this week to pull out some of the retention. Trying to get a BodPod scheduled soon so we can properly reassess diet, I'm well overdue for one. Curious to see how much of a change there is!

What's funny is my left side is way bigger than my right, even though I favor my right because I'm right handed. Really strange
 
Been sick as a dog the last week, I've actually been sick for about a month but it's finally progressed into walking pneumonia. Went to the doc Tuesday, they only have me augmentin and now it's worse today and breathing is becoming more labored so I'm back at the doc today. I'm assuming they'll give me a shot of antibiotics and bactrim (what they should've done in the first place) and hopefully some codeine so I can sleep at night.

Wish me luck!
 
Fluid in my lungs, walking pneumonia, sinus infection, and bronchitis to top it off! Guess I need to stop letting this crap go lol. Bactrim for 14 days, a shot of I forget what antibiotic, codeine, and a rescue inhaler. Guess it's time to rest lol
 
Alright guys,

After a weekend of rest I'm finally feeling decent! Still a lot of stuff to get out of my lungs but my breathing is much better and I feel great today.

Forearm is starting to heal up too, the additional rest allowed the bpc and GH to do it's magic and it's finally stressing to feel better. Still needs another week of easy work so it doesn't flare back up but I think as long as I be gentle on back and direct arm work it should finally heal up.

I've also been letting my e2 get high to help the healing, we're pretty sure I crushed it between the AI and the mast so I haven't taken any AI for almost a week until last night. I'm retaining a lot of water from the estrogen but that'll come off quick.

Also got a bodpod done last week to see where I'm at...it was awesome! I've lost 18lbs of fat and gained 7lbs of muscle since starting with tren2k14 about 3 1/2 months ago. That's a hell of a turnover for a recomp! Diet is getting adjusted again and I'm getting more food so I'm stoked about that!

Little update here. Took it easy last week for the most part except legs. I was able to hammer them pretty good Thursday. Forearm is still really irritated, even after a deload week. Ordered some compression sleeves and some compression cuffs that are like the Mark Bell Sling Shot compression cuffs. I figure with the combo I can keep it warm so the blood will keep flowing and take some of the pressure off of the tendon tie in when I lift. I'll probably wear the sleeve all day since I'm a desk jockey. Also started ice and heat as well.

The plan is this: Keep pushing through the injury until I'm cut down at least close to where I need to be, then I'm going to have to take a 2 week break from lifting entirely, no physical labor at all, to let it actually heal. Otherwise this thing just isn't going to get better.

Otherwise, everything is going good. Hit a new low in weight @ 173.0 on Sunday morning so that's cool. Not a great picture but it works
