I have an obsession. I have to weigh myself every day. Naked and empty stomach. I will not eat until i have weighed in. I wish i could skip it. It's a burden.

Haha yeah I've just come to the realization that it really doesn't matter that much because my bit tends to go in cycles where I'll gain size for a week or so while cutting. It's almost like my body wants to get back where it used to be, which is nice
 
Not sure if weight today, haven't checked for a couple days. Diet has been spot on except for a real bad hypo problem Monday after legs. Worst one for a while, so we're modifying my diet on leg days a little to compensate.

Tendonitis is still bothering me pretty bad in my extensors, even going light on back day pissed it off. Definitely my pulling movements that's bothering it for whatever reason. This is really limiting my workouts. I have some BPC-157 on the way and should be here shortly. So I'll start that at 250mcg daily in the effected area.

Today was chest and shoulders, I'll give peek at my routine for the day. I chose specific exercises that didn't irritate my tendonitis while keeping intensity high but weights lower.


Incline smith machine 4x8 then last set do 4 drops for 6 reps each no rest

Flat chest press machine 4 x 10

Pull overs chest focus 3x8

Cable flyes 3 sets with 1 drop each set 3x12

Rear delt machine 3x20

Lateral raise machine 3x12

Barbell cage press 4x8 lighter weight, last set drop weight in half and press to failure

Yeah i know but seeing a higher number even if i know its not fat helps me stay in check lol. I know even with var i usually hold a bit of water once i get to higher doses. I have a ED. So it is partly from that. Especially since the time in my life I didn't pay attention I became a biggin. . I will never let that happen again.

Lol I definitely understand where you're coming from. Once you let yourself get that way and then change it really does your mind that you ever got like that. I got up to a max of a little over 210, but I had lost tons of muscle to get there. Went from a ripped 188 to a fat 210 thanks to alcohol, coke, and bad eating. I still can't believe how bad that was
 
Here's a good example of where I started from over a year ago. There's been a couple points where I fell off the wagon a little bit but it feels good being back at it 100% and not having to worry about being broke, changing jobs, etc. The updated pic is almost a month old, so I'll get a new one this weekend

Arms day was good today, felt really good today. Had to train around my forearm tendonitis but it went good regardless. Went lighter than normal and really concentrated on the contractions and feeling the weight. Great pump for sure.

Looking forward to getting the rest of this bodyfat off and gaining again. Thanks for following along guys

Lower back has tightened up considerably.

Chest fat coming off.

Lower abdominal fat is going away.

Thanks Monte! I was surprised to see that much progress considering the whole fire ordeal and that my weight hasn't changed for I think three weeks

Thank you! I do enjoy my backyard. We have a couple acres all it's a lot of work but worth it. Next steps are to build a gazebo/shade structure on the west end of the pool behind me and put in more bushes. I want to be able to tan naked during the day without worrying about neighbors! Haha

Great progress. You can see the changes for sure. I always like side by side pics. Otherwise sometimes it is hard to see how much we really progress.

Haha I wish! This place is about to break me financially to be honest. I hope I can actually make those upgrades because we the damn pool gets over 90° in the summer
 
Took the weekend off like normal from lifting and cardio. Legs are still kinda sore today, I think I pushed a little too hard on leg pump day Friday. Today is the real leg day, so time to push!

Cardio has been increased to 3x fasted sessions and 3 x post workout to accommodate for the increase in carbs for my hypoglycemia. That'll get the fat loss back on track.

Diet is staying the same, with the exception of the added carbs from oat flour on my leg and back days. Also made some other tweaks to my post workout carbs so they stick around longer.
 
Yeah I'm pretty jeleous of that pool also. Chickens ever get curious and jump in? lol, I imagine they don't have access to the pool area.
Haha I can't help them out of the back yard! They're driving us crazy. We're actually getting rid of a bunch of them and only keeping 10-15. Too much of a pain!
