    If it went to customs it was international. I thought he was sending in town. Im not really sure what happened to be honest. I just pass info but all in all Im glad it was fast.

    Started the day with a great workout and cardio! Right before chaous hit.
    Meals today were not that great! Had an outside hose bib bust, this was a fairly simple fix. But then my wife realized that our freezer wasnt frezzing. Ran all over town looking for the best, itll do for now deal. Found one and got meat switched over without loosening too much. Really only lost my wife and daughters lean cuisine meals, except the ones we ate. See Meal 3.

    The EP prop is smooth as butter. I remember the first time I tried prop and it was a Mexican brand ( q.v. or brovel) man I was knotted up every shot. I thought it was all prop for many years until 2010 when I met uncle Z and ordered his Zline prop and it was smooth and very good. Its been the only brand I have ever used ( and Euro P) until this day.

    Today was a great day, especially compared to the weekend and yesterday. Sometimes we need bad days in order for us to remember-exactly what is important in our lives. Feeling good. The EP test Prop is helping me to maintain very well. Ive been procrastinating on doing my caliper for body fat but considering I only have a week left I may wait.
    Unless my wife plans on making more meals like meal5!!!!!

    So todays meals:

    Meal 1
    2 eggs 3 egg whites
    1/4 cup potatoes

    Meal 2
    protein Shake 50 gm
    18 almonds

    Meal 3
    chicken/rice/ broccoli

    Meal 4
    protein Shake 50gm
    18 almonds

    Meal 5
    t-Bone steak BIG I think it was 12oz but not sure.
    asparagus
    Baked potato w/ butter spray and sour cream
    Nice Cream 1/4 cup

    Meal 6
    protein shake 50gm
    8 almonds
    I exceeded my caloric intake for the day with the steak but it was so good.

    Still not bad though.
    2599 calories
    43% protein
    27% carbs
    30% fats

    My wife had it on the grill when I got home and on the plate within 5 minutes. Man I love that woman. She is breath taking and awe inspiring.
    Then my daughter made what she calls Nice Cream. Its made with:
    Bananas, Coconut Milk, vanilla and coconut extract, strawberries and some food coloring. It tasted like a strawberry banana sherbet. It wasnt bad and its sort of healthy.

    Great workout today and really just a great day all the way around. Getting caught up at work and killing it in the gym helps reduce my stress.

    Feeling good and can not even tell that I dropped my EP Test Prop from 225 mg/wk down to 100 mg/wk. Im loving it. One more week at 100mg EP Test Prop/wk .5 mg anastrzole 2xwk, and HcG 500iU/wk and I will have labs drawn. Can not imagine that they will come in low.
