Great back and bicep workout. Feeling good and plenty of motivation. Since dropping my dosage of the EP Test Prop down to 100mg/Wk I have noticed that there has been a decrease in aggression. I totally expected this since 100mg/wk is a typical TRT dose. If you show or have too much aggression the doc will simple adjust the dosage. But what this tells me is that the prop is working. My mood is very stable and sex Drive is still there but just like aggression it is down some. I mean for me on trt I’m happy if I can get with the wife once a day and if we miss a day no biggie. As soon increase my dose especially going over 250 a week then I’d prefer much more often and 2 times a day isn’t enough if I’m pinning 300-400/wk.
Still over all feeling great.

I actually cut my trt short today and I’m going to get on with my local dr who said he could write me Cyp at 150 mg ew. I been using telemedicine trt for a long time now but 125.00 for 5ml each month is steep. My insurance will cover everything now and I got one less bill.

It runs me $660 every 3 months for a 100mg Test cyp a week, 1 mg anastrzole a week and 500 iU HcG a week. I just can’t afford it. At least not when I can run it cheaper on my own. When I have my physical I am going to see if he will write me a standing order for a therapeutic blood draw every other month to keep the red blood cell count down and see if he will just write me a script for the HcG and anastrzole.

I’ll be watching caloric intake to a greater extreme beginning this week as I increase theEP Test Prop to 100mg EOD and introduce the Whinny at 35mg/day.

My current r is 1600 Cala/day
My current RDI is between 2800-3200 Cals/day

My plan is to run a caloric deficit of 1000-1409 calories a day. I’ll be running very low carb, moderate fats and high protein.

Expected macros should be around:
10-15 carbs
25-30 fats
65-55 protein

Today’s workout:
2 mile fast paced walk with the wife and then an hour of yoga.

No gear today.

When I have labs drawn I’m hopeful that he is willing to do it. My hematocrit goes high so I have to do blood therapeutic blood draws. I try really hard to keep lipids in Check even on cycle but sometimes it’s tough.

Another good day and great workout. Dialing in the diet and really starting to keep track of where I am and where I’m going. I know my destination and I have a plan.
